They said they were out, but we were not told this when ordering. My husband ordered a burger well done and it came pink in the middle. We asked for ketchup for the fries and were charged $6 for ketchup. I could have bought bottles of ketchup for that price. These problems are just the highlights. After we complained, the waitress (supposedly the manager) ranted and raved to other customers in the restaurant. I would never recommend or go back to this restaurant.

The first encounter was with the host, she was very rude with an attitude and was mad that we didn't have a reservation for our party even tho you can tell they could of accommodate us with no issue. Our waitress was awesome and respectful. The bread was great, the piña colada was more on the liquid side, not frozen at all. Everyone enjoyed their steak, the pasta is very big can feed two people unless you are very hungry. We had to encounter the host again to get checked out and she was very difficult to work with. Our waitress stated we can pay separate at the counter but the host "didn't have time" to separate our bill and someone has to pay for everyone and then we pay that person. Great place but rude host!

Instead, our experience was unforgettable! Let's start with the ambiance - low lighting, friendly din, and an implacable wood fragrance almost like incense. The staff were quick, accurate, and good-humoured. THE FOOD - He defaulted to his usual rib-eye steak, and says it's the best he's had in a while. I had the hot ribs, which feature an almost carribean-jerk style rub topped with julienne leeks and red peppercorn, accompanied by a white garlic sauce of some kind (perhaps yogurt). I cannot rave enough about these ribs. They were perfectly meaty, moist, and beautifully flavored! They've even converted my fiance, who insists that next time I'll have the rib-eye so he can have the hot ribs. ;)

If you're thinking of ribs and deciding between Mozart and Amadeus, choose Mozart. The ambiance is…read morea lot more relaxed and a bit more refined (Amadeus is a bit more dark and kitschy, so if that's your vibe, try both!). However, what gives Mozart the edge for me is the additional sauces on the table. You also have the option of choosing which sauce (or lack of) you'd prefer on your ribs- spicy, classic, or without. The spicy isn't spicy (for anyone who can do spice), but the classic sauce is delicious as well!! The ribs also come with a jacket potato/baked potato with a curry butter, and additional butter is also on the table *drool!!!*. There's also a side salad with the order. Mozart also has unopened bottles of their own red wine on the table and they charge by the cm, which seems a bit silly because the shape of a bottle is different in different areas. Either way, I came with a group of 6 and we went through 2 bottles. In this case, they charged per bottle. I would definitely return when my next rib hankering comes through.
