Stay away from this company and do not rent here!!!!…read more I was a resident at 55 Brownlow near Eglington and Mount Pleasant last year. While I was a tenant at this property for two years, I was sexually harassed by my one neighbour down the hall from me on the 15th floor. This guy also harassed other women in the building, and he would not leave me alone since day one that I moved in. He was extremely aggressive, would walk around the hall drunk, was mentally abusive, was twice the size of me, and the whole situation was a very scary experience! For most of that time I just tried to stay away from him, but he would continue to harass me in the hall when I saw him, would stand in my door watching me through the peep hole, give me the finger and stand in front of my door as you see in the below photo, talk badly about me to people that worked in the bars and restaurants in the area, would ask where I work and what time I finish while passing him in the hall, and would knock on my door drunk. It was complete nightmare! I am relieved I am away from him. As the harassment started to increase and get even worse, I put in a complaint with the superintendent couple at this building, and also put in a complaint with the building manager Rob to let them know how serious this has become. They did absolutely nothing to help me. You know what the building manager told me?! He wants to avoid a human rights issue. I couldn't believe it! Then I had to hire to paralegal to help me get out of there. I also had to call the police twice on this guy, and he was cautioned by them to stay away from me. But still he continued to bother me and come near my door and insult me. It was insane!! Since then I have become extremely cautious in terms of what company to rent from, refuse to go that near that area, and will never rent from Briarlane Property Management again. I would also recommend for single working young professionals to stay out of this area as well. It is not good. If you are a woman that lives in this building, and this man has harassed you, please call the police and report it! What happened to me, and how I lost my home was not right.

They get their legal team to keep writing threatening eviction notices to stir up fear amongst tenants and try to evict good standing renters so they can hike up the rents. It's all just one big game to them. They're bullies and I hope Karma repays them their service one way or another.

We live on Morley Crescent and on Thursday we experienced a water main break - received no warning…read moreof water being shut off and then had to endure 24 hours without water. Not even a day later did we have another water main break, a d again was left with no water for another whole day/evening, and now last night another 2 water main breaks! So once again we have no water and had no notice of it being shut off. This is absolutely ridiculous. 4 days with no water pretty much and nothing has been done to offer the residents any comfort or compensation. There are seniors, infants and children and pregnant people living on this street and not to mention the extreme hot weather. The BOARD members and our "property manager" whom I've never seen once doing a drive by, handing out notices, who had not shown up once during all these water main breaks must be in cahoots and funnelling money because nothing seems to be fixed in this complex only bandaided. Our board and property manager have done nothing in the past 3 years to make any repairs and not only to the water main that NEEDS replacing, our pool is literally falling apart, our party room has been under "renovations" for 3 years ( yet not one worker has been there to do any renovations ) siding of houses is peeling off, rodents are all throughout the property, and the street lights don't work. It is sad to say that Middleton way ( subsidized housing ) is well lit and the property is better taken care of than here where we pay maintenance fees. A change needs to be made here. I would personally not recommend this property nor ICC at this moment. I have thought about taking it more public to save people before purchasing homes in this neighbourhood

Talk about abuse of power and influence. At least at a minimum have some level of customer service.Do you self a favour drill down on their employees experience, they have none and there is no internal training in place and no service delivery standards. I called Steven directly he could not have been less interested and this was only after several calls to our manager that to this day remain unanswered.

As a first time home buyer I was ecstatic to get the keys to my place only to be harassed, threatened and disrespected by their Property Manager Magalie Sigurdson. Multiple tenants have raised serious concerns to 360 Property Management group only for them to sweep it under the rug. They changed their Google status to temporarily closed to remove any reviews from being public. I saw lots of bad reviews for this company and I fully understand why. Stay away - terrible employees.

The field of property management is systemically unaccountable and terrible. They are not the first…read moreterrible property management company to oversee my condo building... but they are one of the worst. They lack empathy, efficiency, resourcefulness, mutual respect for owners, and respect for our homes. What they care about is making sure areas they are liable for are somewhat passable for inspections. Ie- making the entire building clear out their lockers in the middle of a lockdown within days without facilitating the entire building using the elevators and being in a poorly ventilated basement parking. Instead, when owners complained, they blamed us ALL for not complying earlier, assuming that we all wanted to be non-compliant. If more than half the building didn't get your communication bc it was poorly worded, the accountability is on YOU. Within the company, there seems to only be one person who is praised online. I wish they were at our condo. Tactics used: ignoring, misleading, inappropriate jargon, gaslighting, inefficient project management, waste of resources. Right now, the office's floor is inaccessible for residents I can't use my fob to get there either. I have been waiting for response for a recurring issue started during Easter and they have avoided my call, emails, portal tickets... not sure how long this bout of ignoring will continue. This is not "community" management. This is "organizational" management. Get in place and fall in line... we may be terrible but take it or leave it, because we will probably ignore you if you complain. I will update if my outlook changes from the handling of my current issue.
