They either lived to far for my comfort or charged way too much money for what I needed. Mary came to my home for the initial visit. I knew right away she was the one. She is super sweet with the dogs. I showed her around, we went over her rates and she provided some paperwork for the dogs needs and wants. She lives in mountains edge area so she does not charge mileage rates if you live near there and rhodes ranch is included.. Yippee! We went to our out of town trip and she provided photos each day. Fun stuff too! She took the dogs on walks and made sure they were fed and taken care of. She even caught my lab jumping in the pool to cool off after a walk. It was hilarious! When we got home our mail was collected and everything was in place. She left a log chart of the time she got in and left and what was done that day. It also showed if they were eating good, etc. She text me the night we got home to make sure the dogs were doing good. They were doing great, they were pooped! Of course we got pictures, but it doesn't sit well with me that I requested 30 minutes a day, and had to prepay for that amount, and was given less then half that time. My dog sitter left at 530 am every day. It was imperative that my dogs have 30 min outdoor time a day. I would not recommend Karla as she has not replied to my inquiry as to why my pups weren't given the amount of time we paid for. A responsible pet sitting company would address the situation. Sadly I could never trust someone like this with my babies again. A person is only as good as their word. Buff Pups word is unreliable. I received a text message today that I will receive a full refund along with an apology. I'm glad Karla made things right but I'm not able to recommend her.

I literally do not book tickets until after I have confirmed she is available to look after him. We have a senior kitty (aka Complicat) who needs supplements and medications, which he doesn't like. He also needs tons of cuddles and love, which he adores. I needed someone with the experience to be a surrogate mom when I can't be here to give him his meds and know how to look out for trouble spots while still giving him his pets and chin scratches. Trish fits the bill. She's totally calm about giving my kitty his syringes so he stays happy and healthy. She also really loves hanging out with animals, petting them and spending time just being with them. I love the texts and photos I get to let me know my how my lil guy is doing when I can't be there.
