Over time we realized they are not very original and hurt money hungry. I had a wisdom tooth removed here and I regret the entire experience. I was under the impression that dr Salvaggio was going to do the procedure but a different dentist did it instead. I was not impressed with him. He was not patient nor was he nice. He made it seem like I was eating his time. The procedure itself was painful. I don't think they numbed me enough as I could feel most of what they were doing. When I tried communicating that with them they mostly ignored me. When it was time to leave that was the worst part. I was clearly in so much pain and drugged so I was not fully aware of everything going on. My mom was there to drive me home and as we were about to go through the door the Secretary at the front desk was asking me for payment!! I couldn't believe it. You think they would have the common decency and respect to ask for payment prior to the procedure or on my next visit or even send me the bill in the mail. I didn't even bring my wallet in from the car because I knew I would be out of it and didn't want to leave it mistakenly behind. When I asked them to fax my prescription to the pharmacy for the medicatio they were completely hesitant. I have never been back to this dentist after this experience and I never will. I don't recommend them at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

On the day of the procedure, I find out that he is performing some other procedure which costs 5 times more. I had specifically told him my reservations with that specific procedure on my very first visit. I feel like my time was wasted and that sort of attitude doesn't go very well with the clients/patients. I am disappointed in him because my initial impression was very positive. I actually liked the guy.

They do direct billing with the insurance companies and are appropriately staffed so you don't wait too long. The waiting room is small but cozy with comfortable chairs and a TV set to news, weather and traffic. The one negative is that evening and Saturday appointments book up fast and you can wait weeks to months for those. If you have flexibility during the work day then you are good. If not you can get around this by booking your visits well in advance.

As an example, I was having a tooth extracted and after 5 injections of anesthesia, my tooth was still sensitive and I was yelling and freaking out like a crazy man - Dr. Javadi calmed me down with her soothing tone and brought out the laughing gas and got the job done. My apologies to the staff and clients who I might have scared that day :-) Marlene Heics is the best Hygienist that I have ever had and is completely thorough! Knowing my medical history, every session starts with Marlene taking my blood pressure and doing an oral exam and she refers any findings to Dr. Javadi immediately - as an example, she texted Dr. Javadi over a weekend to remind her about my condition.
