He explained that the replacement springs were larger, more durable, better quality than the original springs, and should last far longer than the garage door and the opener. He replied to messages promptly, with clear communication, was on time, and he answered my random industry-related questions. Best of all, he didn't give answers to get me off his back, but to actually share knowledge. He also replaced the bottom rubber on the garage door for me so it's a cleaner look and seal.
