We have a serious problem with one of their manufactured homes: Serial Number M-P652-0270-W(AB)…read more Manufactured 01/21/2008. Someone didn't hook up the Master Bathroom sink(s) to the sewer system when the home was installed 01/21/2008. The water waste has been draining underneath the house for the past 12 years. That has created a serious sinkhole under the house - right underneath the footing/foundation. This sinkhole was just found two weeks ago - when I called a plumber about a leak under the house (another faulty problem with this house - they used cpvc pipes that have all disintegrated and they all leak at the joints and the valves). While the plumbers were under the house - they found the missing drain pipes - and they found the sink hole.I have photos I would like to share with you. The hole is about 30" long, and over 20" deep - and it is right below the foundation/footer of my home. I have paid $880 to the plumbers for the first visit - to repair leaks under the house and to install a pipe from the master bathroom sink(s) to the sewer pipe.I had to have other repairs done inside the house - to repair leaks inside the house for an additional $1200. I have a quote for the repair of the SINK HOLE under the Foundation for $2500. I have a quote for $4500 to replace all of the faulty CPVC pipe in the house. This totals close to $10,000 for all necessary repairs - for the missing plumbing causing the SINK HOLE - and to replace all of the faulty water pipes throughout the house. My house could crumble at any moment!!!

We had a pre-fab home built by this entity. The list of issues grew (after living in it 2 weeks &…read morethis review is finalized after 16 months). They cut corners and have a cavalier attitude after they get your $$. Warning: if you have one of their tech's come to fix things and one or more things are left unfinished and he claims he'll come back with the part or send a part, DO NOT sign his paper work until everything is done. He may act great now, but he just wants that thing signed saying he did a good job, likely won't come back & won't fix the remaining issue. I had this issue with two of their techs, neither followed up nor completed the work. Neither answered subsequent calls/messages. The outward appearances are good and pretty nice in some cases. However, when we start investigating (within just days of moving in) the workmanship reveals itself as poor and so are some of the materials. This place IS live-able. There are people who went with other supposedly better companies who got a worse outcome. First off, the home failed inspection with multiple violations and inspector recommended replacing some of the cheap and modify violating items. A couple drawer tracks broke within a month. We'll probably have to commission a 3rd party to install quality. The line to the swamp cooler broke (copper), spraying out water. This thing got less than a year of actual use. This is a list only of what I could not get them to fix. -the gas pipes outside covered in rust, looks like the pipe is made of rust (when we moved in). -linoleum floors bubbling up between kitchen & dining. Guess they didn't glue it all down -cut corners on electrical, a $30 part giving us less than normal electrical so future expansion will cost thousands, (if they put the cheap part in to begin with) We get breaker trips as master bath is on same circuit as plugs running to the kitchen. -shower wall is as thin as 20 sheets of paper. Is the new standard of building this low? Charge premium prices as if quality, cut corners on materials everywhere. -Look above all cabinetry it appears the top is assembled w/scrap wood. Top of cabinets wood so thin it bends w/slight pressure. The wood of a clipboard is at least 3x stronger than this. -island counter looks nice, underneath and counter is thin. Bends under a little weight and isn't supported. It's not like these people are using real marble. It's some imitation. Apparently they make that as thin as they can get away with. At home depot, demos of this are similar, but they reinforce them with thick wood where needed. Tech who came out was supposed to remedy, didn't on his first visit and ignored multiple phone messages to come back out & fix. He acted great on his first visit so that he'd get the good review & signature on his paperwork, but no follow up. -had to open the shower faucet knob because they didn't properly calibrate any showers resulting in cold showers until I could figure out how to fix it. They said they couldn't fix until two weeks. Their excuse was they can't calibrate this at the factory. However all sinks were proper. So why not the showers? This is one of those lies people tell you. -ant problems through all the holes they left (cracks between wall & floor, a light fixture that's not removable, & bathroom toilet hose going to floor -doors don't fit properly in the jams. We often have to fuss with one of the doors to get it to lock -the metal bar that goes across the inside of the swamp cooler, holding the spinning fan is covered in rust after less than a year -they didn't grout enough, water is seeping between wall & counter and in other areas with not enough grout, crevices are getting filled with dirt. 2 techs later, still not fixed. -all doors in the house are hollow light crap. you put a screw in it to mount a hook and you feel the drill bit slip after drilling just slightly. Sound travels through walls, but this is the new low quality standard? -Drawers are 4 inches too short to the back. Paid extra to have sliding drawers in some cabinets. How about having the decency to make a drawer that fills the space instead of us having empty gaps? 4" is too much. They refused to fix. -Lazy Susan could have been 4" inches larger. Again empty wasted space. They refused to fix. -all the toilets leaked on the inside tank, I had to replace the inside stoppers on both -another party did floor/carpets, they left it unfinished. Our feet were stabbed repeatedly by carpet tacks sticking up from the carpet. Months later and we still had to go around hammering the carpet tacks. -space for refrigerator is too small. (another inch and our fridge would have fit), lack of foresight on their part. We were charged premium prices (about 15k over what it should have been) and they cut corners everywhere we investigate. Their home owner's manual is loaded with lies about how they believe in quality and deliver on this promise.
