Terrible experience with this company!! Hired them to replace the old painted window and flooring…read moretrim (and 2 interior doors) with stained wood in my vacation ski condo. The carpentry was good but the stain was applied super light and streaky in spots which caused it to turn orange when sunlight hit it. They also got wet stain smudges on some clothing and bed linens. They left the job incomplete and said they'd be back in a week to finish... (while I was stuck waiting for them to finish so I could paint and then rent out the condo for summer). A month went by and when I contacted the owner about the issues and not coming back to finish the job... he got a bad attitude (screenshot of texts attached): "Have a lot of work going on and scedualing [sic] things don't always work out the way I'd like. My prospective [sic] I did the work with no money up front. You had opportunity to look at work before you paid me. I'm done with conversation will be there Thursday morning to restrain trim and pay for hat and linen" I paid him $2000 in cash as soon as he told me the work was done (he had me drive across town to meet him!), but I didn't inspect the work first which was my own fault. He never asked for payment up front... but then complains says I didn't pay him up front and paid him after without looking at the work?? He said he'd come back and re-stain the trim but otherwise refused to finish the job! The doors were never installed and there are sections of trim missing all over (see pics). Really didn't want them back to re-stain trim after already installed (I had furniture and carpet brought in during the month they never came back to finish, and had to start painting... don't want more stain drips all over brand new furniture and flooring). Have tenants moving in in a week and now have to find a new contractor to finish the incomplete work!

Hired Eric and his crew to roof my house after winter ice damage. Also installed new roof venting and ice shields. Loved the service so much we hired his crew and associates to install drainage and grading around our home and repair a wall and rain gutter system as well as storm damage. He never missed a beat. Great reliable service from a smart guy at a decent price. A real find!
