They usually have some seasonal game on the menu which I like, their wood pigeon has been excellent the couple of times I've had it. Bel and The Dragons tend to be in interesting buildings and this one is no exception. They renovated the boat house specifically for the restaurant and it's a great setting (albeit not quite as interesting as the Godalming one which is in an old Church). Probably my favourite restaurant in Reading.

To start I had the scallops, moist, a good size and lovely. For my main meal I had the "Pork 2-ways". Which was really Pork 4 ways. It included medallions of tenderloin, pork belly, bacon and crackling over a bed of pasta (check out the picture I uploaded). Delicious, very filling to the point that if you ever have a last pork meal ever, this should be it. It is on the pricier side but this restaurant isn't pretending to be pricey like some might do. I have been to the bar a lot more than the restaurant, and again the staff are very attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the different products they sell and are very good at recommendations. Cerise also has a little court yard garden at the back of the restaurant with a water feature, and there is nothing more relaxing after a hard days work than sitting out there listening to the water with a perfectly made drink!
