Shoddy work. Dentists rather gossip than pay attention to professionalism. This is a pure play drill fill bill practice.

This is what dentistry should be all about. I was seen by Dr. Odinsky no questions asked even…read morebefore we could fully establish what would be or would not be covered by my dental insurance. He examined a tooth that was previously diagnosed by another practice as an abscess in a tooth that was crowned and had a root canal in previously. He more than likely saved my tooth by detecting the source of my discomfort. It was an adjacent tooth, which had an Enamel-Dentine fracture in it. Dr. Osdinsky will follow-up with additional diagnostic tools to rule out missing anything on the likely previously misdiagnosed root canal tooth, which is the prudent thing to do, but has in the meantime treated the fractured tooth with Hydroxyapetite and Ozone treatment, to help with the tooth remineralization and fight back any potential anaerobic infection with minimal disturbance to the health of my oral biome. Knowing what I know now about oral health and its implications and impact on very serious general ailments elsewhere in the body, having a knowledgeable dentist who doesn't prescribe broad-spectrum antibiotics willy-nilly but instead treats things responsibly. Dr. Odinsky's bedside manners are excellent and he is very pleasant to interact with. The staff is equally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

When I arrived today, I was told I'd be seeing a different hygienist. I explained that I specifically booked with Lilli three months in advance for that exact reason. The receptionist, a blonde, middle-aged woman, was dismissive and unapologetic, even after I made it clear I had traveled for this appointment. Instead of taking ownership, she suggested I may have made a mistake, which was both incorrect and inappropriate. There was no effort to accommodate the situation or correct it. When I asked to speak with Dr. Odinsky, she refused and repeatedly spoke over me until I had to ask her to stop and listen. This isn't about a scheduling error, those happen. It's about how it was handled. There was no accountability, no attempt to resolve the issue, and no basic level of professionalism. This would not have happened under Dr. Singer's ownership. The difference in how patients are treated is noticeable and extremely disappointing.

This is no ordinary review. As a fellow dentist, I want to recognize Dr. Kim for something that…read moretruly stood out to me. While treating one of my patients, she identified a defect in an existing crown during a routine radiographic exam. Despite having no prior connection to me, she took it upon herself to track down my contact information and personally send me a copy of the X-ray along with a detailed note. This kind of initiative is rare and deserves recognition. By catching this issue early and communicating it promptly, Dr. Kim prevented what could have become a much more serious problem -- left unaddressed, the defect could have led to decay, and ultimately a far more complex and costly intervention for our shared patient. Instead, the issue was caught in time and resolved simply. Dr. Kim's actions reflect exactly what patient-centered care looks like: thorough, communicative, and genuinely invested in outcomes beyond the walls of her own practice. Our patient is fortunate to have been in her care. Javier Urquiol, DDS

The best dentist hands down I had in NJ. I even gave up my free Medicaid insurance to pay $350 for…read more2 cleanings a year with X rays. Don't our teeth deserve it? I felt bad though cleaning my teeth today as there was so much stain other dentists last three years were never removing. Glad my teeth is in a good care. I forgot to mention that I had a gap between my two teeth that made my speaking and smiling uncomfortable as I thought people may think I lost a tooth. She did such a beautiful job closing them in half an hour adding bondings to both teeth. I can smile again and audition!

Front Office Staff: Priceless (Glenda is a gem) Experience: I was looking for a dentist, as I just relocated back to the tri-state, read many reviews and discovered Arnold Perman, DDS...he was what everyone described as amazing at what he does and super friendly. So I called, made an appointment to meet with Perman in October. The office was bright and clean, hashed out all our business, then I was taken to the back room. Good start, so far...except, when I get to the back I am not meeting with Dr. Perman. This mysterious man introduced himself, we small talked on what brought me into the office, and got to work. Everything seemed fine...until on a separate day on another occassion, I was on the phone discussing follow up treatment and I clarified that I wanted to see Dr. Perman this time. At which point, I was then told that Dr. Perman had passed away in October. Why was I not told this before, I asked. That was with whom I made my appointment to see. I was somewhat upset by the deception but sad for their loss. See, this is a family business; the wife works with Glenda at the front desk and their son, runs the insurance and finance end. I was given an apology and it appears Dr. Perman died suddenly, a man who was regarded as having been in good health, active and athletic in cycling had suddenly collapsed and died. As I understand that they didn't want their business to faulter because of his untimely death and wanted to continue his legacy, I decided to not let it deter me from returning. My teeth were treated well by the attending dentist and I was assured that Dr. Perman's replacement and personal dentist/dental school buddy/best-friend, Jeffrey Susman, was coming onboard and would be attending me going forward Since then, I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Susman.
