Very disappointed in their workshop, took my Yamaha 900 Diversion in for an MOT and to have the…read morecarbs looked at because they were a bit gummed up from standing for a while. Picked it up the following day after being told there was some dirt in the float bowl and it was all sorted, rode home to find that the engine was idling at 2000rpm (should be 950) - easy enough to adjust so quite why their so called "technicians" couldn't do it I don't know. They also left a fuel leak on the float bowl and to top it off - charged me for 4 new spark plugs which I had explained to them I had changed a week previously! All in all a bargain for £90!!! E-mailed them explaining all this and heared absolutely nothing - surprise suprise. Will not be using them again.

They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond when I had payment issues due to moving house and billing address etc not adding up. After it was all sorted I tried to get my car booked in again to get the air con sorted and they did it there and then for me at no extra cost! They are transparent with the problems with the car, and their costing. I find it difficult to trust garages as have had issues with a couple before, and will usually only take my car to a main dealer, but I'm confident I can trust these guys and will be returning there for all of my MOTs and Servicing

AVOID!!!! I went in for the first time to have my air conditioning re-gassed. No problem. I later…read morehad an issue with my brakes. Took it in and they gave me a quote for £600 saying it needs rear brake pipes, all discs and pads. That was Nov 2016. Took the car home then discovered they do drive now pay later (but was not offered it) which worked out good for me. Took it back in Jan 2017 and had the brake pipes done. This time the guy got quite nasty saying it's got new brake pads on it and I should not have done that!! I explained to him that actually it had been sitting on the drive for 2 months. He didn't believe me and said I have had someone fit new brake pads on the car. So how come 2 months ago they were worn down completely and now they're "new". I call bullsh*t! So I will no longer take my car back there. I have had a proper mechanic look at it this week and confirm that halfords had lied to me and that it does not need brake pads or brake discs and halfords also told me it would fail it's m.o.t in April with the brakes the way they are. This was also confirmed to be a lie. Please try to avoid this place and if you must go there don't take any sh*t from the pheasant on the front desk.
