We lived here for 9 months, and overall, it was a great experience. The apartments are well-kept and upgraded compared to others I've seen. The amenities are nice, including a saltwater pool, a small gym, and a dog park. The maintenance team is excellent and always on top of things. When we moved in, the front office staff was friendly and welcoming. However, during our move-out process, we encountered new hires who did not provide the same level of hospitality and respect. Unfortunately, the new ladies in the office were snarky and disrespectful, which was disappointing. I'm glad we didn't have to deal with them while living there. Overall, I would recommend living here. The price and quality are good, and they don't require excessive income to qualify for an apartment. To the new office staff: While I won't call you out by name, I encourage you to treat people with respect. Remember, you're in a customer service role, and a positive attitude is essential for success. read more

This month marks my 10th year as a resident at Park at Briggs Ranch. I have witnessed many positive changes over the years, including a dog park and spa, as well as new color scheme exterior paint, new shingles and laminate flooring to cover the bare concrete floors in the breezeways. The neighbors are respectful and contribute to the peaceful setting that I call home. I like where I live and will continue to call this place home for a long time. read more

Been here since July 1st. All staff are Lovely. Melissa, Alexis, Ashley, Ashlyn, Victoria and the maintenance team are beyond Amazing, Friendly and willing to help! I really appreciate each one of them. I'm amazed at how much the management team cares about my well-being. I've never lived in an apartment with such attentive service. I love our floor plan, the 24/7 access to the gym, the available golf perks, the quality of the apartment, and the open playground area for my daughter. I finally feel at home after 3 apartment complexes that weren't and literally visiting over 100 complexes across northern San Antonio. This was the only one that made sense! Thank you for surpassing my expectations PBR! :) First Maintenance: Mundo and a sidekick came and made all the little tweaks necessary at move in and were super pleasant, even about my very detailed requests. Second Maintenance: Turned out the dishwasher had a minor issue, Tim came out and he's by far the nicest New Yorker I've ever met (and yes, I know a lot of very nice NYers). My Maintenance Team (Park @ Briggs Ranch) is the best. I requested the maintenance team change my light bulb in my fridge. The maintenance gentleman brought extra light bulbs with him ended up changing 3 light bulbs for me in the same visit. read more

Absolutely love parks at Briggs ranch!!! The office staff is just amazing. Anytime I have a concern, they are right there to help. My husband and I lived here back in 2014 when they were brand new and I think under different management. We moved back to Houston and once my husband job deceived to love him back to San Antonio we automatically knew that we were coming back HERE!!! Terrible property management company. I live at the complex next door Villages of Briggs Ranch but it is managed by the same company and is supposed to be the higher end of the two complexes. I'm currently dealing with a neighbor below me that does drugs and I've complained repeatedly. The complex didn't care what so ever. The smoke from the downstairs neighbor was aggregating my wife's health condition and making her sick all the time. We've been to several neurologists about her condition and it is very serious. Before moving to the complex she had very few episodes and now she's having them frequently. Additionally, I work for federal and state governments and I was very concerned I'd fail a drug screen and I am tested regularly. I brought these concerns to the Berkshire Communities management staff and they did very little. When I was fed up and decided to move out, they said they'd reduce the fees we'd have to pay, but then did a complete 180 and piled on more fees. My Wife lost her job and is doing part time tutoring and I took a pay cut so money is tight for us. We had to liquidate some assets that we really didn't want to just to be able to get out of the complex financially. These people don't care though. One of the worse mistakes I've ever made was trusting Berkshire Communities. Don't be like me. Choose another place to live. read more

I lived here prior to it becoming Park at Briggs Ranch, and for a while while it was first Park at Briggs Ranch. In my time where it was Park at Briggs Ranch, I had contacted the office about cars being parked in my spot and they said I had to call them during business hours and they could do something about them. I also had issues with my neighbors where I would just walk around and they would bang on my ceiling because I was to loud for them, management told me I needed to be quieter but I already limited my floor time and never had people over due to this. This then led to me getting false noise complaints during the night because kids would run up the stairs and dogs would be barking and I got the blame for it although I would be in bed at the time but they could "never give details". When I called about noise complaints for my neighbors screaming and throwing things at one another, nothing was ever done about it and when I would contact them during the day to let them know the courtesy officer never did anything they said I had to "call while it was happening to be able to file a complaint". Not to mention the trash cans were always full and they would threaten to "fine" you if you set trash on the ground despite there being no open cans and they have individuals from the complex who go dumpster diving as well. Prior to my 60 days notice as I wanted to originally stay and move to a first floor to escape my downstairs neighbors who made my life hell while I resided I had talked to management about moving to a first floor. One of the associates said it would be possible and we started talking options. When I got the noise complaint on me I was talking to another associate and mentioned how I was talking to someone else about moving to a new first floor apartment and she said to me "if that's even an option at this point". Despite me talking to a deprecate associate. Management does not communicate with one another and they are very rude when it comes to their customer service. All in all I did not have a pleasant experience here and am happy I was able to get out of it. If you want a place where you can entertain and not have to think about every step you're taking (literally) then this is not the place for you. If I could give it 0 stars I would. read more

I am a past occupant at these apartments and I can say with utterly assurance, this is horrible management. We have complained about flea infestation for 3 months , have put in work orders related to water leaks ( I'm on the 2nd floor), we have reported illegal activity , AND NOTHING WAS DONE. I myself had to get insect bombs and notify my neighbors that I would be bombing to kill insects. I had to call police and report illegal activity where CHILDREN PLAY. This management has NEGLECTED TO UPHOLD THE PICTURE THEY PROJECT AND ADVERTISE. They have IGNORED my CONCERNS about my LIVING CONDITIONS, and not to mention THAT I PAY 2,000 a month . THE leak in the roof was HORRIBLE And when I decided to leave they REFUSED TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT BECAUSE I APPARENTLY NEGLECTED THE ROOF . THE LEAK IN THE ROOF THAT I PUT A Maintenance on 3 months prior. Theses apartments and management IS POOR , disgusting, UNORGANIZED, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I DONT RECOMMEND THESE TO ANYONE. Oh!!! Also ... Apparently they don't Do background checks on every person there ... word to the wise NOOO DONT LEASE HERE EVER .. read more

I would give them ZERO stars if I could! The front office is useless! They don't care about anyone but themselves it seems. They can't even remember what parking spaces they issue out and due to that it causes problems among tenants with parking in someone else's space. If you are thinking about moving here DON'T!!!!!!!! Roaches in these apartments, dog poop EVERYWHERE!! It's beyond disgusting! Ppl steal ur packages that Amazon leaves at your door. It's the wild Wild West over there! Front office does nothing to help or control anything! I just moved out after a year of waiting on my house to be built and it was the most miserable experience ever!! Broken gate that didn't work for at least 6 months and yet ur paying for a gated community. That place is a joke!! You hear every single noise ur upstairs neighbor makes especially at night.. the pics are a switch and bait of what that place really is... a dump!!! take your money elsewhere!!! read more

The front office staff is incredible. Priscilla, Ashley, and Melissa were outstanding and super friendly. But that's where my positivity ends. The location is terrible, very isolated from everything. The gym is laughably small and most of the weight machines are messed up. The hardwood floors look great until you realize you can hear everything your upstairs neighbors are doing. From chairs scraping against the floor to footsteps day and night. Definitely do not recommend unless your in a corner unit on the top floor. read more

My family and I have been here for 2 years and before, it was called Mansion's Bluffs and the management crew and maintenance staff was on point with things around the community. Also they didn't just let anyone live here either, they did background checks and you had to qualify to become a resident. This new management seems to never be available to contact and their security is subject at best. I've seen so many violations at the pool and around the properties, reported it to staff and they just blew it off. One staffer told me she can't deal with it right now because she is showing an apartment off. Really, no follow up nothing, the gate is always left open, people that don't live there come to use the pool and the gym. The staff doesn't go around to police situations to determine who's guest or not. The old staff use to let residents know you have to have your blue band on when you utilize the amenities. Now, I guess you don't, and again it's not enforced. My wife just talked to a resident who works in Castroville at the car dealership who just had his truck stolen! If the gate was fixed and the staff actually monitored and enforced the rules this problem wouldn't of happened. On top of all this, people let their dogs crap everywhere and don't pick up after them despite all the bags the apartments leave for that purpose. Bottom line when our lease is up we are gone, this use to be a hidden gem and now it's looking like every other run down apartment in San Antonio. So sad it just sucks when people don't do their job!! read more
