The front office and the billing department are completely useless and very rude with ridiculous policies. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to see this doctor and when we showed up to the second appointment for my child the billing lady said she had made a mistake with our billing, I said no problem, I understand, but then she demanded full payment right then, before my child could be seen or else we had to be rescheduled. Again, we drove over an hour for the appointment to be blindsided with a double co-pay, bringing the balance due to $120. I told her I could pay todays co-pay and arrange for payment of the remaining $60 and she would not have it. They have terrible practices there. After trying to explain that at the previous visit we were told we were all set and then to be told today they were wrong, and hearing them own the blame, but yet they couldn't work with us over $60-unbelievable. We turned around and left and will never go there or recommend them to anyone, ever! read more

When we were seen for my child, the area of concern wasn't addressed. Interesting views not based on science, and completely contradicts what our doctors recommend. Just talk to your general doctor before coming here, and seeing if they recommend this practice. I wish that I had. read more

Dr Park spent very little time regarding my allergies during my annual check up. Instead was very pushy about reading a particular book he recommended which was very unconventional regarding what sort of diet people should be following. I was very uncomfortable and found it quite inappropriate. read more

I was referred to Dr. Park in 2003 by my lung specialist who had given up on me. I was having extreme breathing problems. Dr. Park did many tests on me and within 1 year my condition was improving. He pulled me through a lot of lung infections. I was 60 years old then and am now 75 and my lungs are as good as when I was in my 50's. I continue to Dr. with him on annual checkups. He is excellent and the most compassionate Doctor that I know and believe me I've been to a lot of them. We were referred here after a bad experience at another allergist in town. Dr.Park came highly recommend to me by many people and the high praises are warranted. He is fantastic. Great with kids. Very personable, knowledgeable and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend his practice if you are looking for an asthma/allergy doctor. read more

I simply went for allergy tested. Before I knew it and unbenounced to me, I was given an albuterol treatment, which I wasnt told was happening and I did not consent to any treatment for any type of asthma condition. I was told I needed allergy shots, when I asked for an explanation on how those work the nurse practictioner said "its very complicated." When I asked for further information or more detail, she said that she didn't have time to answer my questions. And when I asked Dr. Park, he said he didn't have any more information for me on how they worked, no information of side effects or contraindications and told me I could look it up in an allergy text book if I was that interested.
