After bringing in a few armfuls of the wood and letting it sit for several hours I tried to start a fire with it. Using dryer lint, paper, and cardboard I just could not keep the logs lit for more than a few seconds. I then made matchsticks out of a piece and that was when I realized the wood was VERY wet inside. I took a blowtorch to the matchsticks and they still wouldn't stay lit. I contacted the owner the next day and told him about the issue. He said that the wood had been split a few days before and yes, it had been rained on. He suggested that I "put a fan on it for a few hours to dry it out." He then suggested that I "Don't ever got lost in the woods because you won't survive." The night before (because he forgot to deliver my order on time) I started a fire with wood from the gas station that lit right up and burned all night, and, in fact, grew up harvesting firewood and used it in a wood-burning stove that was our only source of heat. Wonderful customer service from a supposed Christian who later told me that I was under the influence of Satan. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I receive a call from a guy telling me it's gonna be $200 to come to New Orleans I stated that is a big jump from $95 and all the guy was pushing was for me to rent a trailer from Home Depot or Lowes. If I have to rent a trailer to bring my mower it will not be at Sunshine Quality "COVINGTON". The same company further away is charging $100 so this lets me know the Covington location doesn't want to service the African American Community at all.
