I love Redoux, as I can always find something unique to buy for myself or as a gift. Most gifts…read morethat I give come from this store. Lately I have found that the two ladies who work there are less than helpful or friendly. They act like you are bothering them. Also, Redoux always did free wrapping for you in a white bag with some tissue paper, nothing fancy. Now they charge 2.50 per gift. I totally understand that with the cost of supplies. I asked the lady with gray hair at the register if I could at least get the Redoux sticker to put on my own white gift bag and she told me it would be 2.50 for the small sticker. I explained I liked for the person to know that the store is wonderful so it might encourage them to shop there. I wasn't looking for a freebie but a way to advertise their business. Oh well, I will continue to shop there to support local, but the customer service could use some improvement.

I walked into FC Design…read moreCenter and met Molly Dartez on a Saturday and less that 12 days later i had a custom ordered carpet laid down in my home. Ms. Dartez knew the answer to every question my wife and i had and was able to recommend exactly what we need for our home. She was amazing seemed to know every carpet swatch in the center and the Pro's and Cons of each one and made sure that our choices were the ones we would love to have in our home. She even advised us the following week was a sale week and that we could get an even better deal than the original deal we had, we went to a competitor but they couldn't hold a candle to Ms Dartez knowledge and abilities. So what I'm saying if you want to be ecstatic with your choices and have no buyers remorse i truly recommend you go to FC Design Center and seek out the best of the best MS. Molly Dartez. I'm so sure of what I'm saying I'd recommend my own mother to go there and work with MS Dartez. You can never go wrong by working with the best

If you are looking for home decor items or some furniture items, you should come here…read more I am not really sure why this place is called At Home. If I was at home, I would be chilling in my shorts and t-shirt with my feet up. I have a feeling they might frown upon that sort of thing here. Maybe At Store would be a more appropriate name. What does that to do with this review? Not much, but occasionally I type whatever enters my brain and you're stuck deciding whether to keep reading or not. I have been to this store a few times. The first time was when I was shopping for patio furniture and was a disaster. The second visit I was looking for a rug that would really tie a room together, and it was slightly less of a disaster. This store is massive. Imagine a Home Depot or Lowes sized store. Inside it is filled with a massive amount of home items. Everything from accent pieces, rugs, furniture, pillows, stuff I don't know what it was, mirrors, etc. was available. It was honestly a little overwhelming. Earlier I mentioned the first trip being a disaster and now I will elaborate. I was looking for a patio set that would be comfortable, durable, and available. This was my third stop of the day in my quest for a patio set. After sitting in about ten different chairs I found one that was perfect. It was super comfortable and affordable. The problem was that there was only one on display and I needed two or a couch in the space I had. When I went and sought an employee out you would of thought I asked for her first born child. Actually I think it would have been easier to get a first born child because she pretty much blew me off. I tried another employee and it was pretty much the same. The third told me she would call someone so I waited, and waited, and waited. I eventually said some expletives to myself and chunked up the deuce (shoutout Lil' Keke). I didn't ever want to come back. But I did. Why, you ask? Well after finding a less awesome set of patio furniture, I decided I needed a rug. I remembered from my first trip that this store had an enormous amount of rugs. Now look, I don't really know a lot about rugs. I seriously just needed one to put on the patio because I saw someone else with one and thought it was a good idea. The good news about the rugs here is that you can hoist one over your shoulder, pay for it, and roll out. No employee help needed. So that's what I did, and it all worked out. Plus the cashier was pretty friendly this time. Sweet!
