History

Established in 2004.

Business was started in a tiny store on William Street. One year later, we moved to Mechanic Street and then in April of 2011 to our latest and larger store at 20 Mechanic.

Meet the Business Owner: Bill H.

Bill Henwood spent his formative years here in Paris Ontario and his early carreer was selling industrila supplies. Bill's interest in model trains and owning his own business spawned Paris Junction Hobbies. Bill secured a business loan and entered the Hobby business much to the surprise to his family who had no idea of his plans. Bill quickly involved his wife Joan to take care of the accounting and assisting in the store doing sales. Not long after eldest son Dave started working part time doing sales and service and has now taken over day to day operations. Dave's children have both been involved in the store making Paris Junction Hobbies and generational family run business.
