There are some up-selling things that are here like you don't need their fancy xray machine or whatever and I usually say no even though my insurance plan covers it (on principle, because I don't need that kind of an x-ray). However, the place is clean, kids are very welcome. It's a great place to get work done. Most of the dentists are great. I had a little clash with not particularly liking one dentist's manner (hurt me and when I complained said it didn't hurt) and I just don't go to that one. Not a big deal, maybe they were rushed or something. I, like the other reviewer, had to have an emergency filling and they were on it right away, booked me in and got it fixed on a weekend. Overall, they're definitely worth a 5 star rating. Yes, I started with a couple negative comments, but it doesn't matter as they are WORTH the bit of "extras" they try to nudge you toward. If you have a decent health care insurance plan, then I'd go here.

It was not comfortable. It was a molar, and it needed attention rather quickly. I called my dentist immediately and was booked in for an appointment right away. Dr. Mark W. Mahn performed the repair work. He could have done extensive repair and replace work, but he was sensitive to the fact that I could be looking at an enourmous dental bill. He did the work quickly, efficiently and explained what the plan was before he performed the work. No needle, no excessive drilling. It was amazing. The attending Hygienist was lovely. Patient, kind and caring. No issues or tissues. Very happy. Would highly recommend this amazing Dental practice in Paris, Ontario.
