Your sides are unique and interesting and they taste great. We ate everything. The meats are memorably seasoned. They don't taste like other places. They stand out. For me, the toothy approach to ribs is what I look for. It reminds me of home. But also the cook on it ... Your got an impeccable bark on the ribs and the rub is really delicious. Your sauces are fire. So just really excellent work. I think the biggest take away for me was that you really have a soulful understanding of flavor. The colorful truck pulled up in front of our driveway and after we showed them a power outlet for their extension cord (which they taped down over the sidewalk), tacos were being served in just a few minutes. They offer up steak, chicken, al pastor and chorizo - all of which were delicious! We added the quesadilla upgrade which was a big hit and totally worth the small additional fee per person. Uriel and his coworker were very friendly and efficient. My daughter's friends (and all the adults) really enjoyed the food and the novelty of having a truck show up. A couple of them even drove out to the truck's regular location a week after the party because they were craving a Tacos Diablos quesadilla. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you're thinking about a taco truck for a party.
