If it's not in stock, DON'T SELL IT! Then when you ask for a refund, they'll "generate a shipping label" instantly, and when you can see it hasn't left the warehouse on UPS shipping, if you demand a refund, they'll ignore you for two days, then ship the item, then say "nothing can be done once it's left the warehouse" - SCAMMERS. You want professional quality hair cutting scissors? Name your price range, he will pull out a black sheath like chefs use for their knives and let you take your pick. You want dry shampoo? Argon oil? Professional styling clips? Round ceramic hairbrush? Diffuser? Straightener? He has all of these things at literally a quarter or less of what you could pay in a salon. The store is piled with boxes like crazy so it's best just to chat with the owners about what you need and he will navigate the maze and find it for you. This is a family run business operated by an uncle and nephew and they really know their product, super worth a visit if you're into this stuff for personal fun and want to save some money, or if you're a stylist starting out and keeping your costs low. They obviously don't stock every brand and when it comes to the product that works best for you they may not have what you need, it seemed like they focused more on the less expensive versions of popular product, but a lot of the time that is going to be exactly what you need without the markup for hype, so personally I was really excited to finally open my eyes and realize that this gem was in front of me all along.

Wow, everything to doll yourself up. The only problem is that's it's a nightmare to navigate. All those bargain hunters (mostly huntress) don't take your personal space into account when they are looking for their eyeshadow. The parking is also a concern. The places are limited and I don't even try to park close. I just go in the mall parking right next to it.

They were also greatly understaffed in the makeup area which is the only non self-serve spot. 2 girls for an entire counter (20-30 people long) with no way to deal with that many clients. Overall, I got a good price for what I purchased, but it wasn't worth the trip unlike previous years. Won't be back.

There are many brands and names that can be overwhelming, uncommon ingredients that are not found in traditional North American products. If you don't know what you are looking for, it might be daunting to try something new. Pricing is on the higher end - if you are used to shopping online for similar products you may find this location overpriced.

Regular prices are quite high, but that is usually the case for imported cosmetics. I totally lucked out on my last visit and scored some mascara on clearance for like 95% off! I got 2 Innisfree mascaras (they call them microcara because the brush is tiny/micro, lol) for $0.99 each! The regular price of one of them (the waterproof one) was $19.99 and the regular price of the other one (the non-waterproof one) was $16.99. The best before date was 3 months from the time that I bought them (which explains why they were on clearance).
