He was very caring and very realistic. The staff from the receptionist to the social worker are amazing. My mom was in my home during her Hospice care and I was her caregiver. Sherene was her case manager nurse and was always available no matter what time of the day. I always looked forward to the Social Worker Shekinah visits as she always made me feel I needed to take care of myself. She always showed sincere concern of my mental and physical care. Comparing my experience with the first Hospice and Inland Regional, I'm so blessed to have Inland Regional with me when my Mom passed away.

I had questions and got answers right away. No run around. No night time fill in company who didn't k ow us! They were fantastic. All the people were so Sweet and knowledgeable. I didn't have to do their jobs for them! And I was so happy to know my aunt was in good hands. The other company I had to help and do their job for them. Or show them how to care for her. Today as I wrote this my aunt passed away. I called them and they were here within the hour. Called the mortuary and took care of her for her cleaned up and ready for pick up. He did not want to stay another night! Even though it was late the night that we got home, Dr. Fukuda visited us to introduce himself and engage in meaningful conversation with my dad. Dr. Fukuda has a very positive and friendly presence, and he knows what questions to ask to spark interest in the patient. The weekly visits from the nurse, Karen, gave my father something to look forward to. When she came to check vitals and address any concerns, she was efficient, but also respectful. I also liked her use of more natural medicines. Finally, I was comforted by Chaplain Wong's visits and phone calls. He offered support when I needed it, and it was nice to have his services available for both of us. Thank you Bright Sky.

It's very upsetting to not get through to nursing staff or doctors for updates. My grandma has dementia and we just want to see how she is doing and try to coordinate care/ determine placement based on her individual needs. The bathrooms were gross. Smelled like urine. The facility is not horrible, but it could be cleaner. The care seemed fine, from what I was able to observe while visiting. My grandma ate breakfast, which consisted of eggs, toast, a fruit and oatmeal. It looks like they have scheduled groups/ classes for residents. That is great. The residents were so sweet. My grandma has made some friends, which makes me happy. The facility is not very big. They do have an outdoor area for residents to walk around. That's nice.
