He took all the time I needed to explain everything I was taking in detail and what it's possible side effects were and prescribed newer medication with less side effects and presumably more effective (It is a time thing so I am waiting to see if the preventative is working but so far so good), he sat down with pictures showing me about my pituitary where I have a tumor and what could possibly cause the focal interactions I was having. He was all around a great doctor but also actively listened to you, not just shook his head to indicate he was listening but REALLY LISTENED. He was wearing a guitar shirt to top it off! They say you have to cancel 24 hours in advance, how can you do that if you make an appointment at 8am for 1pm the same day? Called at 8am, cancelled at 9am, $50 fee! Also, my wife had an appointment a few months ago, the morning of her appointment Bagwell calls her a HOUR before her appointment time and said she had to reschedule because the NP wasn't there! So, they can cancel you a hour before but you have to give them 24 hour notice! We will let the Courts decide.

I was a new patient and had completed all necessary paperwork via their portal prior to my arrival. I signed in at 8:55am and at 10:05 I was still sitting in the waiting room. I asked the front desk how much longer was my wait? She said that there was still one ahead of me and she couldn't give me an exact time. I asked to speak with the office manager. She came to the front desk and explained that they only had three available exam rooms to use because they rent out the other offices to a Physical Therapy Group certain days of the week. I'm not sure how that is my problem because they obviously overbooked their schedule, and the patients are the ones to suffer! She still couldn't tell me how much longer I was going to have to wait. I am so disappointed at their business practices and lack of care for their patients, new or existing!! I cancelled my appointment and will NEVER go back for any reason. Pretty office does NOT MAKE UP FOR POOR SERVICE TO THEIR PATIENTS!! Trust me, they don't care!
