You know international travel dictates the PCR test not those rapid tests. Plus, within X hours. It can be jarring as the hospital is active and jumping, honeybun. Yet, I feel most secure with everything right there versus Costco now offering Yellowfever per the CDC website. Why? If there are reactions take me right on to the ER. You will not find a healthcare provider who takes you more seriously, tries every option until you find a solution or, honestly, is just fun to talk to! She's professional, super sweet and truly loves her job. We've had lots of trial and error but she never gives up. It gives patients something to look forward to because she assures you that there are always more options. The MAs are really lovely too and have a great sense of humor. It's a truly beautiful facility too, Kind checkout staff, decent billing experiences. Only recommendation is to get on the cancelation list because they are an in-demand clinic. The wait can be 6 months but if you're determined in calling or answering cancelation notices, I've gotten appointments moved up by 4-5 months. They're never openly annoyed with my calls!

I don't know the names of the people who got me back to a room or of the other people who assisted, but, to a person, they were caring and solicitous of my well being. The physician, Claire Gervais, couldn't have been more attentive or caring. She was respectful, listened well and ensured I understood my situation and options. I've only used an urgent care once before, a few decades ago, and this experience was by far the best. And when I left, Asim C still remembered my name and took good care of me until I was in the car. Thanks to all especially Dr Gervais and Asim!!!

The process of going there was wonderful - the facility is clean and the staff are friendly; however, after my appointment, where I got xrays and a referral for oral surgery, it took 5 calls in the span of 23 days (each time telling me that the scheduler wasn't available and would call me back) for them to finally tell me that they can't schedule me for surgery because there's a 3 month waiting list. Not only that, but they were unable to refer me anywhere else because "the only other place that accepts our referrals is in Milwaukee and they're booked up for months as well." I feel like going here was a complete waste of time because now I have to find a new dentist and do the exam/xrays all over again, which is going to end up costing me more.
