If you are looking for routine yard maintenance or if you are focused on a competitive budget, I would suggest you tread carefully. We were privately contracted with Doerler for several years when we terminated our relationship. Despite oral assurances that plantings would be guaranteed for a year, documentation in writing, and accompanying photographs of poor maintenance all copied or directed to the President and owner of the company, Steve Doerler, the organization failed to recognize any issues, fulfill its commitments or live up to its professional assurances. The lapse was not worth a lot of money in the scheme of things, especially given the monthly/annual fees, so the failure says a lot more about the organization and its culture than the money would suggest.

Now I look and the three replaced heads are refurbished and not new new heads that I paid over three hundred dollars for. These pictures represent the failure of what I paid for and did not get.
