THEY ROBBED ME!! I WOULDN'T WISH THIS EXPERIENCE ON MY WORST ENEMY!!! I called several companies requesting a quote. They claimed they had the best reviews, and on google, they did. I should have checked yelp, though, but I will be leaving my own review on google. I had a horrible experience with a full service company in the past so I decided that I will make sure this time it is not a company that moves several people at the same time bc all my moms things were broken when we finally unboxed everything. I also waited weeks and didn't want that to happen again! I spoke to Ian first, who was super nice, was very relatable, because we both come from New York City, he assured me that my things would be in it's own truck because they do not mix items with others. Will get there within 3 days. I was so happy when I got off the phone because I gave him a rundown of everything I was taking with me. I didn't want to miss anything and we had a very good conversation. He gives me a quote for $3688 which for me was too much and figured I need to say no. He offers me a great discount if I committed that day of $1000. He needed to get approval. He calls me back, and thanks me for my service and goes on and on about how his company was very huge on ensuring that they take care of their veterans. He then sends me new paperwork to sign with the new price and again talking a lot of how proud he is of my family that is huge Yada Yada Yada! Little that I know I am signing for a completely different amount of footage and half my things were not on the paperwork that I actually signed. I then get a phone call a few days later from someone by the name of Mitch, now, Mitch wasn't as nice as Ian. Because surprise surprise, there was no way that the the quote was correct. Because half of the stuff I knew I had told him I had was removed, I look at what I signed and paid for and sure enough it was gone! I was in disbelief because I swore I told him exactly what I needed. However I digress, after speaking to Mitch, it turns out. I need to pay an additional $1500. I thought I was losing my mind because I knew I had done my due diligence and provided the details of all the boxes that were going to be in the truck along with all of the furniture. He says well that's not what I have here and proceeds to tell me I have no medium boxes only small. I only have one queen bed instead of all the things I originally had told them I was quoted for, but because I was so distraught at the price I immediately was telling him look I don't want to lose another dime I need to cancel this! He says "you can't because you're going to forfeit your $1227 deposit if you do." I said let me call you back and immediately called my husband upset and crying who is 100% disabled and the reason why I was looking for a full service moving company. I couldn't find the email with my original quote and he "felt sorry for me" so he "got approval only charged me an additional $250.00. I was so upset but I figured at least my husband won't have to help me. Moving day comes and this huge semi rolls onto the apartment complex I am living in. I immediately get angry because now I know I was lied to. The truck has other people's things on it already and the way it is separated is by 2 colored strings. I explain to the driver I was assured that my things would go in it's own truck. He immediately gets nasty and says "That's not how that works! Your things don't even stay on this truck it goes to a warehouse and it can take up to 14 days to arrive!" I go inside because I already feel defeated. He then walks in my door and says you're only approved for 661 cf. I immediately lose my mind! I said wait how long has this company been doing business?! I told them several times what I had been charged and charged again! He said well you need more space and then tells me it's going to cost me an additional $3600 on top of what I was already paying! I had given 1227 and 250 of the price but now I needed to give him yet an additional 3600?! I was so angry I told them GET THE F OUT OF MY HOUSE!!! I don't want you in my house! My husband was on the phone trying to calm me down but I had it! I calm myself down a bit and see the truck is still outside. I apologize to the driver but I stood firm on not wanting the service because I was lied to so much! The company calls me and says that they are keeping my deposit but because of my trouble they would gladly give me back $200 if I signed an email see attached. I told her she can keep it!!! I will not agree to that and how insulting it was that she offered $200 of almost 1500 down payment!!

My stuff getting transferred to a U-Haul I hired for me to worry about.

These scammers are outright thieves and professional con artists. I don't even know how they sleep at night defrauding and intentionally misleading people of their hard earned money. SERIOUSLY, any positive reviews are NOT at all a factual representation of how they operate. They first lowball you with a very low estimate for your stuff. Then once the third party carrier arrives the price more than triples because they have pocketed your initial deposits for themselves with no shame or accountability as to what you should actually be paying. It ONLY goes downhill from there. They hit you with hidden fees and hire unprofessional movers who can't count or do the math when it comes to what you owe so they price gouge you. When your stuff is delivered you better believe they have stolen valuable items and don't even let you know of the delivery date. The amount of federal laws broken are way too many to count; it's like they play hopscotch on every law to benefit themselves. From beginning to end, it is a never ending nightmare, as the scam strategy becomes more convoluted. Just when I thought it was over, the delivery process took the cake. I was called out of the blue to let me know my items were arriving that day after weeks of silence regarding the delivery window. I drove 5 hours from North Carolina just to be there so I wasn't hit with their absurd redelivery fee. My large plasma television in addition to other valuables were taken. These people have only JUST hit the surface of the lengths I plan to go to to for justice and to get them shut down. When you do work at a federal level, let's just say there is knowledge and access to higher channels of accountability :). Furthermore I had to hire a U-Haul for them to transfer my items at delivery because they wanted to charge an additional $487 fee on top of the $4,497 I already paid for a one bedroom apartments worth of items. Hahaha we will see who has the last laugh. I'm plastering this all over so people know who they are and how they operate. It's my due diligence to society. Stay FAR FAR AWAY. Please allow these photos to speak for themselves. Most of my items were delivered damaged and I'm missing an entire 60' plasma television and other items. I had to transfer my items to the storage unit myself. I also received boxes of items that were not even mine. They don't respond to any emails or your calls because they do not give a flying hoot about you. All they see is green. Karma is alive and well though, I'll tell you that much! :)

Moved my Parents from Burbank, California to Orlando, Florida and cannot believe how seamless our experience was! The thought of moving was extremely scary and stressful! Our Moving Coordinator Emily's sense of humor and compassion quickly put our concerns to rest. Amelia in Operations didn't skip a beat, gave us exact play by plays and everything went exactly as promised. Huge shout out to Mark the Driver/Foreman as my Parents mentioned he was very polite and accomadating! They also gave Senior Citizen and Military discounts to our family! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

i would not recommend this company to move dog feces 10 feet. cuz they would undoubtedly find a way to make that cost more. Also, you can watch your invoices for the name changes, as the company will switch names frequently, almost as frequently as they pay for positive reviews to be uploaded daily. Hidden fees, premeditated upsells, account managers that absolutely ghost the customer, Unethical business practices that border on extortion. the basic situation you will see is this: the initial salesman, in my case his name was Ian, will give you a nice quote and, will proclaim proudly that he can offer you a $1000.00 Discount if you will commit with his company right away. He will then 'guide' you through the initial deposit, which is 45% of the fee. that they will take a CC for, the rest of the payments have to be made to the drivers, which he will claim are THEIR drivers in THEIR trucks, and those have to be money orders. They will not schedule to actually SEE your stuff, or to measure it to determine the actual square footage needed. instead, as part of signing the quote there is a bullet point in the middle of the fine print that claims you waive that service. Instead they will give a ballpark estimate based on the inventory list you provide. they will not contact you again until 5 days prior to the pickup date. Then, an account executive named Mitch will call you and, he'll start out very personable, even going so far as to assure you that the driver himself will confirm a specific delivery date with you when he picks up your belongings. then, casually mention that your inventory is inaccurate or, seems to be missing items. Then he'll offer to add them and update the inventory. Which of course comes with 'the sqft calculation is wrong' so he'll increase it by about 75sqft, which will require an additional deposit at $4.25/sqft, or around another 300 bucks. Seems pretty trivial at first. (So, for a running tally that 1000 discount is now only 700). then comes moving day, a driver named Andrew will text you and, exclaim in the text, without even seeing your stuff that he will probably need more space. He'll arrive in a 20 ft uhaul with day labor lumper to help load everything. he will look at your stuff for a few moments and, this is where the extortative behavior starts, he will casually mention 'we'll see how much space it takes'. Then will load all your stuff in a Uhaul. Once he has possession of all your possessions, he will play on his phone for a bit before claiming he needs an additional 100sqft. to which you, of course, will object, as you already contracting for the appropriate space and, measured everything yourself to insure that everything was within that spec. he will then proclaim that's not his problem. it's not his job to debate it with you, that's between you and Mitch. He will insist that you call him with the complaint. And, you'll try. However, Mitch will not answer the phone. He will, somehow take Andrew's call when he goes outside to 'check on something'. You'll call several more times and, get the same result. At the point where you advise them they can just unload it because, you aren't paying for the BS upsell. Then he'll advise you that unloading would involve a 500.00 charge (250/hr x2 people). So you are left with the choice of paying 500 for that or, pay the additional 425.00 charge for the space he claims you needed. he even offers to show you the measurements to verify that he is correct. At this point he will measure the empty space in the truck and, show you that calculation. (so he's trying to pass off the space he didn't use rather than the space he did). (running tally again, that 700 just dropped to 275). when you ask about the delivery date, he will tell you 5-14 days is what DOT regulations require and, will freely admit that he isn't the one delivering it so he has no idea when it will get there. In transit; you'll email Mitch asking for a specific date. that will get ignored. delivery: a driver will call you in the evening, wanting to deliver the following morning. Awesome, you clear your schedule to be available. Then the driver doesn't show up. after waiting most of the day you call him, since he hasn't contacted you, at which point he wants to reschedule because his earlier delivery took longer than expected. reschedule for the following day, he shows up, asks for the inventory that was never provided, even though the contract estimate states that they would inventory, measure and note the condition of all your things on pickup. Instead, best you can do is stand by with a notepad to catalogue everything. note the damages, which the driver won't take responsibility for, he'll recommend filing a claim. won't have any idea whose stuff is whose when you point out that some of the boxes stacked on yours are not yours. bottom line, it's more cost effective to go with any other company.
