Unfortunately it's a pain when it's rush hour because getting here around that time can be confusing. The location is really good because it's near the Turnpike, Route 18, and (U.S.) Route 1. Buses run roughly every half hour into the city after 4 so that's a plus. Another nice alternative over going to New Brunswick and waiting for the train.

Working with this company was the biggest mistake I've made in many years. Their movers came and…read morepacked everything even garbage cans with garbage bags in it and our keys to the front door of the house. They broke the front door to the point where the hinges got ripped out of the frame. Upon delivery of my goods the foreman from their sister company found the goods were not packed properly in the container and everything was shifted and collapsed. They also never finished packing my furniture so instead of protecting corners and doubling up protective packaging there was a single sheet of wrap. The result was my coffee table and cabinets and two floor lamps (all designer pieces from French + Italian design houses) were busted. There were holes punched in metal, angled wheels sticking out of packing and they looked like they had been kicked across the ocean rather than carried safely in a ship. What happened next is even worse. Whatever you do do not buy insurance because they will do whatever they can to not make good on a payment. They will lie to you, accuse you of having furniture that was damaged before they touched it and insult you. I would never recommend this company they are horrible.

There is no customer service phone and when I emailed inquiring why there was no car at I got an angry response: " if operations didn't send the driver information that meant they were not ready. We work with over 8,000 students across the country. Just because they had a delay and miscommunication doesn't mean you have to put our company down" By far the worst experience with any service company. Needless to say: still no car.
