NOW THREE MONTHS LATER, I can't figure out why so many transactions and extra money is coming out of my escrow account. I called the agent and found out he has already credited and rebilled my policy three times. Never a phone call. No communication. I was getting checks from the insurance group and didn't know why. It was due to the twice credit and rebills. And NOW......oops. His comment to me was: "oops, I forgot to check a box". My policy is an ADDITIONAL $400! RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THESE FOLKS!!!! Very grateful for courteous staff to work with photo on phone of DL. Most people waiting awhile I think were for vehicle paperwork registration. It was busy for Tue PM. Look at signs overhead to go to correct waiting area. Also lucked out with TV parking up front. And I got to wait inside not outside in heat.

We came across quite a few hiccups but they were so great about answering my emails within an hour and keeping me up to date on everything. I didn't usually have to ask for updates, they just offered them constantly. We are finally scheduled to close day after tomorrow and Jan has been amazing about answering all of my questions and talking me through each document line by line. Buying a home is scary! But they make it so much easier. I had initially chosen to go with Bank of America because I've always banked with them but very early in the process I noticed that they have millions of clients, I am just another one in the masses. With Interlinc, I always felt like they knew exactly what was going on with my loan when I called or emailed. They didn't seem to have to go through 18,000 files to find mine. When we came across an obstacle they offered options instead of roadblocks. They really were great and I would recommend them 110%!
