I was shopping long distance, as I hadn't relocated to Knoxville yet, and he did Facetime tours, met my parents to show them houses for me, and answered my endless questions. He went above and beyond for me, and when it comes time to buy/sell again, I'll be calling him!

Blake Rickels has exceeded my expectations twice. First as my listing agent six years ago. He sold…read moremy home for full asking price in THREE days in my subdivision that had not sold any homes in the recent past. AND I was out of state and he handled everything for me. Seamlessly. Now I've moved back to Knoxville and needed to purchase a home quickly in this difficult market. He found the perfect place and negotiated for me to buy it (with many competing offers) in FIVE days. He also got a closing in FOURTEEN days. Again, miraculous in this market. He has even provided references for excellent contractors to remodel the home in a reasonable timeframe. The most amazing thing about Blake is that he cares. He truly cares. It doesn't matter to him if you are a buyer or seller or if you are a $200,00 buyer or a million dollar buyer. You are treated exactly the same. I'm so grateful for him. I believe he has realtor superpowers and the heart of a giant. You cannot go wrong with Blake Rickels.

I've not experienced a realtor like this before. She was almost rude in her comments about our…read morehouse. She also thought there was a water issue with our wood floors creaking at one place in the hallway. She was wrong- a contractor confirmed it was because whoever laid the floor didn't give it enough room for expansion. It only needed to be trimmed along the baseboard. She also said she would work up her thoughts on the value and have it to me the next day- nothing. Obviously she didn't want the contract and I suspect that is due to it being too far from her pristine area of Farragut. She knew before she came where we were located. What a waste of my time.
