5/5 Stars - Highly Recommend STEPHEN WEILER, AMAZING REALTOR in Knoxville!…read more If you are looking to hire a professional for selling a home in Knoxville, TN, I cannot recommend STEPHEN WEILER enough. I recently needed to sell a house I inherited from my grandmother. I previously had the property listed with a different realtor for six months with absolutely zero luck--not even a single offer. Frustrated, I switched to Stephen, and it was the best decision I could have made. He completely turned the situation around and had signed closing papers less than two months! Stephen is incredibly detail-oriented, thorough, and phenomenally good at his job. He took all the stress off my shoulders by staging the home beautifully, hosting multiple open houses, taking the time to explain the process and what to expect, and even arranging for a professional cleaner to prepare the space so I didn't have to worry about a thing. His dedication and expertise as a realtor are unmatched. If you want results, Stephen is the person to call!

She also thought there was a water issue with our wood floors creaking at one place in the hallway. She was wrong- a contractor confirmed it was because whoever laid the floor didn't give it enough room for expansion. It only needed to be trimmed along the baseboard. She also said she would work up her thoughts on the value and have it to me the next day- nothing. Obviously she didn't want the contract and I suspect that is due to it being too far from her pristine area of Farragut. She knew before she came where we were located. What a waste of my time.

Now I've moved back to Knoxville and needed to purchase a home quickly in this difficult market. He found the perfect place and negotiated for me to buy it (with many competing offers) in FIVE days. He also got a closing in FOURTEEN days. Again, miraculous in this market. He has even provided references for excellent contractors to remodel the home in a reasonable timeframe. The most amazing thing about Blake is that he cares. He truly cares. It doesn't matter to him if you are a buyer or seller or if you are a $200,00 buyer or a million dollar buyer. You are treated exactly the same. I'm so grateful for him. I believe he has realtor superpowers and the heart of a giant. You cannot go wrong with Blake Rickels.
