He had the car washed and cleaned ready by the time I came by. Chris never pressured me and answered all of my questions. I spent a long time looking over the car. The car was immaculate. Chris had no issues with me running my scanner tool for any hidden codes. Chris never pressured me and was very professional. You can tell Chris appreciates cars as he took excellent car of the car I bought. You would think your experience with the finance department would be painful. However, it was just the opposite. Kristen not only made the process painless, she really looked out for me helping me obtain the best possible rate available. Kristen was able to beat my credit union by by 1.4%, which is just outstanding. The best part was Kristen saved me putting down $3500. Kristen could have had me put all the money down I was planning towards the down payment. However, Kristen was able to get the best possible rate and save me the $3500. Kristen explained that I would be better keeping the money for other things that would make me more money rather than put in down on the car as it would not change the awesome rate nor change the car payment significantly.
