Paragon transportation is a local trucking and dumpster rental company ran by owners Jen and Keith. Long story short my husband and I had to move a family member off of their 3 acre property and clean the property up for the new owners... with hardly any time to accomplish the task. We reached out to Paragon for a dumpster rental. Their prices were reasonable, and they had an availability that matched our need so we set up the arrangements. You can tell they really care about what they do, withholding their reputation and doing right by customers in their community. They were open, honest and trustworthy to do business with. Jen was very responsive and helpful through the process. When Keith arrived to drop off the dumpster, he walked the property with us to help us understand and wrap our heads around everything. He took a good amount of his own time to give us advice. They went above and beyond the originally intended scope of work to help us accomplish what we needed in a small amount of time. Thank you guys for everything! I'd 10/10 recommend Paragon Transportation for your dumpster needs! read more

Would recommend to anyone. Communication is important to me and the fact that I accidentally pocket dialed Jennifer at 7:30pm on a Saturday and she called me back within 10 minutes is evidence of excellent customer service. Very impressed with this company. The drop off and pick up was very smooth. The gentlemen even gave recommendations for the best way to fill the dumpster as to optimize space. All around, fantastic company. read more

I was looking around for a quote on a dumpster and Paragon replied back with an unbeatable quote right away versus other companies. Other companies took days to reply to me or weeks. The quote they gave me cost an arm and a leg considering how limited the options were. We chose Paragon and BEST DECISION EVER. Jen is the person you'll be talking to from signing the contract and scheduling or any concerns/questions you may have. She shocked me a few times by how fast she replies back and keeps you updated on little details. That dumpster took away 15 years of junk and miscellaneous crap that was in our Dad's garage. My dad is a total pack rat and it was time for his hoarding to stop. I honestly thought all that junk would be over 2 tons considering how much stuff was toss in, but it was around 1.21 tons. We'll be using Paragon for future projects since they're more reliable, responsive, and very friendly. read more

This is how a business is supposed to be run, not the way some of the big guys treated me in the past. both Jen and Keith are so easy to work with and as fair and professional as any I have used. They will be my only go to from now on. always tying to meet my needs, not the other way around. Remember the WM means Won't Make an effort to be helpful. What a great local business! read more

Absolutely AMAZING company. My wife and I rented a 30 yard dumpster from them on very short notice. I had been searching for dumpsters and everyone wanted around $750-800 for the dumpster. I found paragon online and they advertised $400 for the dumpster and a weight fee of $50/2080lbs. I called them and they where able to get me the dumpster rite away! Everytime I reached out via phone or email I was greeted promptly with superior customer service from Jen. Don't waste your time or money going with other companies who will rip you off, take your business to a small local company who will give you great prices and amazing service. Paragon should be EVERYONES go to for dumpster rental. I rent a dumpster once every year or two for spring cleaning, and I will only work with paragon from now on!!!!!! read more

Paragon is amazing they were able to deliver a 30 years dumpster for us to clean out our grandpas backyard. They were prompt, accommodating, and a great price!! They were half of what the city wanted to charge us. They even came and got the dumpster on a Sunday without any issues. We will use Paragon for all our dumpster needs! read more

I was a little worried since they ask for the money upfront but they were great to deal with. They were prompt, friendly, and great with their communication. It did not hurt that they were also the cheapest of the companies that I checked. read more

I had the best experience with Paragon! We are moving to Texas in the near future and we needed a dumpster to throw out literally 1.5 tons of junk. This was the easiest process ever! I sent a Yelp message to the business at 0630 one morning and didn't expect and answer right away, but Jen was on top of it! They agreed to drop a dumpster off early because they already had it available and on the road. This was absolutely wonderful because it gave us a little more time to go through our house without the pressure of time. The only hiccup was because we didn't communicate not to park in front of the trailer on the morning they were supposed to pick it up and there was a car parked in front of it. They were very gracious about the oversight even though it pushed their timeline back. Please be sure to communicate to your household and members on the day they need to pick it up!! Sorry Jen! Great company, great service and great price. You can't go wrong! read more

I been going through paragon Transportation, for over the past 2years. I have to say, they still do a outstanding job. Jen is very responsive to message and getting back to me asap. The driver, will try his best to deliver the dumpster even in tight area where cars can be in the way. Being on a court, can make it difficult , since we have neighbors that have more than one vehicle, which leads some vehicles on the street. Driver made is possible to still deliver. Always showed up on time. Never had problem. Never was over charge, like some companies do. I would recommend them! You shouldn't hesitate to get ahold them! You won't be disappointed! read more

I reached out to Paragon because they are a local company. Jen was super responsive and I had a trailer to my house the next day. I explained what I needed hauled away and mentioned that I had a refrigerator in my house that I needed help with. They really went the extra mile to help me. They were able to drop off a trailer on Thursday and picked up on Saturday. I really appreciated their service and would definitely use again! read more

I can't say enough how great my experience was with Paragon Transportation! After getting quotes from numerous other Companies in our area , they gave me the lowest quote and upon delivering the price never changed no extra hidden fees which I appreciated very much since I'm on a tight budget. They were On time and very helpful ! I also would like to mention how friendly and professional this company has been to my family and I would definitely recommend using their services 100 percent!
