I've been registered there for several weeks,…read morethey advertise many jobs, yet they have nothing. 3 weeks ago I emailed them with an issue I needed help with. To this day, no response. Some of the opportunities they have/had, are offered at a rate from $1.00 to $1.50 less per hour than other staffing agencies. I called a couple weeks ago to inquire about a resume I sent for a recruiting position with Forge. The woman I talked to was freaking rude and obnoxious. I had the info right in front of me stating this was an opportunity in Holland yet this obnoxious bitch insisted on telling me this was Muskegon. So Forge, screw you. You suck and your employees suck

Instead of taking care of the issue, the company ended my assignment under "quality" issues when I had no such issues take place for the four months I was there. I expected Manpower to do an investigation, but they did nothing of the sort. About a year later they had the gall to call and ask me if I wanted a job. I was beside myself and told them to take my name and any other information out of their database extremely angrily. I will never work for that branch ever again.

When I showed up I was informed that the representatives for Coastal had packed up and left before noon. Still willing to see what they had to offer, I drove to their location and put in my application. The representatives explained to me that all of their recruiters were out to lunch so I would be hearing back from them later that afternoon. I didn't hear back from them until SEVERAL days later! When they finally called on FRIDAY they offered me a job starting that same day. They were none too pleased to hear I was unable to start right away. The receptionist/owner gave me an attitude and said COASTAL CAREERS INC would no longer be able to offer me a position because they had already told the recruiter I would be showing up within the next hour. I told them to take my application down. I thought I was done using the services of COASTAL CAREERS INC but a few days passed and the receptionist/owner called me again. She apologized and said she did not mean that CCI couldn't give me another job, but it wouldn't the same job they had previously offered. She told me that she would call back again as soon as they found something for me. Early the next week I received another phone call. The same receptionist told me they had another job, so I asked about the pay and what company I would be working for. She could not give me an answer, only that it was a split shift position. So I then asked again about the company name and in the middle of our conversation she said "Oh, never mind" and hung up on me. I called back and demanded that I speak with the manager. The SAME receptionist informed me that SHE was the manager. I complained about her hanging up on me and she told me it was because I was being incredibly rude! All I did was ask what company I would be working for! Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AGENCY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! A JOB WORKING FOR MCDONALDS WOULD BE LESS STRESS!
