The only thing of worse quality than their products, is their advice and 'knowledge' of animals. I have experienced this first hand recently as their VERY poor advice directly led to the death of a dearly loved family pet and has left us all devastated. I have tried emailing them and they just completely ignored me. If you love your pet half as much as you should, STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

A dog bed I picked up felt wet from the cold and damp. It was actually warmer stepping outside. I had to cover my face because the damp smell was so strong. I felt so sorry for the animals having to stay in those conditions. I could only tolerate 5 mins. What a shame I used to enjoy visiting there.

The staff are also able to give lots of advice about the products then stock, which I think is really important for shops like this, especially with some of the more specialist items.
