We took a trip to Windsor and the weather took a change on us so i last minute called Marty at 6PM on a Friday night hoping he could take us wine tasting, i had no reservations or anything lined up. He told me to give him an hour and he would call me back. Within 20 minutes he had everything lined up, asked for our lunch order and said he would pick us up at 9:30 to start our day! The experience was unbelievable, it was a shot in the dark and he made it the best birthday weekend for us. We will refer him to anyone and everyone we know! Look no further! If you are reading this, you are in luck!! Marty rocks! After struggling for numerous hours of searching for my intensive wine tours in Napa and Sonoma Valley, Marty Paradise popped up(Eureka moment). I was looking for a chauffer service from Santa Rosa(STS) to downtown Napa hotel -not just an airport to hotel transportation only, but winery visits on the way, also the next day winery visits and the third day trip ending with dropping us at the airport. I had contacted several tour companies and left a note what my needs were. Most of them had not answered mine at all, or the rate was outrageous that of who replied to my request. Finding him was a blessing! He answered immediately, listened to my specific requests and gave me all the other options that I could modify to get the most of of our trip. Marty is super polite, amicable, knowledgeable, punctual in timely manner! He knows every corner of vineyards and history of both Napa and Sonoma regions. He showed some lesser known wineries en route between our next appointments and educated us so much that I had not heard of before. As a wine connoisseur myself, I know his extensive knowledge in wine and food: he himself is a wine maker and private chef!!! It (our trip Mar 22 -24 '2022) was only two of us (my sister and me), but his vehicle can accommodate up to 6 -7 passengers. In conclusion, he made our rather short time (3 days) in Napa &Sonoma Wine with maximizing efficiency thanks to his efforts. He exceeded our expectations in every regard hence I have nothing but high praise for Marty. I would not consider anyone but him for our future trip! I haven't used Paradise Tours but I still wanted to leave them a review and here's why: I've been looking for a wine/distillery tour service provider for an upcoming event and I reached out to Marty for a quote/availability. Unfortunately he is booked for the date we needed this service for. BUT... Marty, unlike other providers did not end my request with "sorry, we're booked that weekend". Instead he asked if I'd be ok with him checking with his contacts who also provide tours. He checked in with all his contacts and wasn't able to find us an available driver. Marty didn't stop there. He texted me a list of distilleries he recommends for our trip along with alternate options in case they're booked. Like seriously, who gives this level of service to someone without making money off of them? You probably get it by now... Marty and his crew aren't out there to simply make money. They want to ensure you have the best experience. How I wish Marty and his team have availability for us to reserve their services. I had an itinerary in mind and he helped me finetune and recommended some smaller, off-th-beaten path family wineries that were great adds.
