She's been seen looking in places she has no business. She needs to learn her lane and stay in it. Gates are inoperable at least once a month. This park by crime statistics is one of the worst areas to live in here in Mesa.. we should have a guard at the gate considering what we pay in lot rent. Vehicles have been stolen. Homes broken into, people using the pool bathroom showers that don't live here. Pay me.. ill stay home and man the gates and shower house. I won't just sit on my ass and play on my phone like the current secretary. Something definitely needs to be done. And... when next year rolls around, we can all expect a raise in lot rent. For what?

There are issues here, drama (always) plus we are constantly told it's "not in the budge or "must be approved by corporate" to fix things like our locked gate (we are a gated community) new pool seems to constantly need maintenance for something so we wait and continue to pay our lot rent without issue while corporate continues to take in the $$$. Basically most things are not fixed in a timely manner. The current office manager (Carol) is amazing, friendly, and listens to what you have to say. The yard isn't nearly nice as it once was, the Rose Garden is vanishing little by little yet somehow we are a community that looks out for and takes care of each other. We have a Bocce Ball area that no one has used since corporate spent thousands to create when all the residents want is their patio area back. It's pretty close to being a great place to live with a few exceptions.

As a frequent Yelper who makes my decisions based off the opinions of people who take the time to…read morewrite reviews, I wanted to take the time to show my gratitude and appreciation for a company who I truly feel is doing a great job. We moved in to Royal Palms last month but have been working with the property manager, Jennifer, since the end of March. We purchased a manufactured home that had been completely renovated by Jennifer, and I can tell by the quality of the home that Jennifer settles for nothing but the best! Jennifer has done an outstanding job taking care of us, and I have no complaints about anything thus far. We had an inspection of the home and needed the water and power turned on on a last minute basis, and then needed a few minor issues fixed, and Jennifer tended to all our requests promptly and professionally, with no arguments or complaints. As a first-time manufactured home buyer, I had a few bouts of anxiety during the process, and Jennifer was even able to calm me down and remain patient and understanding while the month-long loan process took place. What sold us on buying a house in this community was the inexpensive lot rent, the nice condition the community is in, and the fact that the property manager lives on-site. During our search for a new home, we viewed at least 4 other family communities, and Royal Palms stood out because of its convenient location right off the 60 freeway, and because it looks so well taken care of. Having the property manager Jennifer living on the property means she takes pride in the community as her own home, and wants to keep it well maintained and safe for her own family. In the short time we've been visiting and living here, we've seen their trash situation get resolved (residents were dumping garbage OUTSIDE the dumpsters), security cameras have been installed, all new pavements in the entire community have gone in, and she's in the process of getting brand new desert rock landscaping. Even though it's a family community, I have never had any issues with kids running around everywhere, nor noise disturbances. The only time I have seen a group of kids is right after school gets out, when the kids go visit Jennifer for cold water and a lollipop! Although I was hesitant to live in a manufactured home community, I can honestly say I am proud to call Royal Palms Village my home, and everyone I've brought here to check out my new house is pleasantly surprised about how nice the community is. The home owners in this park were very nice as well. This community has an active clubhouse with a social calendar, billiard game room, shuffleboard courts, library, fireplace with TV and a year-round heated pool for your entertainment pleasure. This park is a clean, newly paved, quiet, 55+, no pet community that is close to the freeway, bus routes, grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping. I have nothing bad to say about this park, kept up nice, nice owner, two thumbs up for sure!
