I love the pedicure they did and we're eventually getting my nails the way I want them. The problem is I only do it for two months out of every year because acrylics are murder on my nails. The owner of this establishment is my favorite person at this nail spa. read more

I don't recommend this place. I had an appointment and arrived on time. The girl was apparently running way behind. She had a client ahead of me waiting that she started on 20 mins after my appt time. She did not even acknowledge me nor mention that she was running way behind. I left. To me, that doesn't show any value to me as a customer. In addition, the place is dirty and crowded. I will not be going back. read more

I had a gel pedicure and felt uncomfortable the whole time. Dirty place and not at all sanitary. Tech didn't speak to me at all and seemed bothered that I wanted the nails straightened out (crooked and uneven). I finally just wanted to be done and got out of there as fast as I could. I'll just have them redone elsewhere. read more

I made an appointment for my friend and I. We were thoroughly impressed by the service and the products. We will definitely visit again.

Got me in at the last moment before vacation and we're super fast, efficient and a nice group of employees.

I have been coming here for 8 years. The last three times I visited were terrible. The first of my bad experiences was when I made an appointment in advance for a certain nail tech. I arrived and he was busy so they put me with someone else. The next time, I was a walk in client and felt very rushed thru the process of a pedicure. And this last time July 2025, I had made an appointment well in advance for a pedicure and manicure treating myself for my birthday. Again I felt like I got the bums rush. They took very little time on my pedicure, and most of my manicure was done while sitting in the pedicure chair. When they did move me to a manicure station, it was an unused one used for storage. The nail tech had me reaching over into another customers station that was occupied by a customer in order to get the polish on my nails. It was uncomfortable for me and the other customer. Three strikes and you are out. Sorry a good thing has come to an end. read more

Up until less than 6 mos ago they were working without a license! I reported them for the mold at the bottom of the orange scrub used for pedicures, reusing tools, not washing hands using the same towel to wipe down every pedicure chair. The Cosmetology Board didn't even know they'd been operating since they came to Payson! read more

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER!! I wish I could give zero stars but I can't so I'm giving them a one I came in with my friend we had an appointment for 11:30. they were taking people who came in after us. it was 12:50 and I still hadn't gotten my nails started. Not to mention they ladies were EXTREMElY rude and not professional at all. I finally told them I was gonna cancel my full set because I had already been there for over an hour and then the owner said she would take me and tried to keep me there while She was in the middle of doing someones nails After already being there for over an hour I told her no And she was still rude and then continued to be rude as I was walking out the door. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

On a Saturday, they were able to take three of us for a pedicures. Very nice people, did a great job on all three pedicures.

So now that I am moved up here full time I come to Tammy for my acrylic fills. Tammy does an awesome job and the salon is very efficient sometimes I get started by someone else and finished by Tammy. Have not had any issues with acrylics here. read more

The nail techs are great, so I'll probably change my review back to five stars next time...if I come back. The reason for the poor review this time... the woman who did my eyebrows removed two long strips of my skin. I came back in, and all she had to say was, "Does it hurt?" What do you think? It hurts like hell!!! But worse, I'm going away tomorrow for my birthday and I am missing skin on both my eyelids. I'm so upset I'm crying as I wrote this. Nothing from her. Not even an apology. I swear...I don't know what this world has come to when you can even apologize when you hurt someone. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for twenty years, and this has never happened, the reason I went back in, thinking that maybe the wax is too hot or something...and so it wouldn't happen to someone else. Truly, at the very least, I should have been refunded! read more

30 years of getting my nails done and never have I had such a horrible job done. I have big dents where she never sanded them. They are uneven and job look like a kid did them. Going to pay for this awful job, the woman was so rude and obnoxious. I'm new to Payson and just want a good place for nails. THIS IS NOT IT. read more

if you're looking for nails with beautiful designs book an appointment with moniqua! she's absolutely amazing with my nails every single time. not to mention she's insanely sweet and also delicate with my nails. i love my nails every single time with her. all i have to say is good things about her and my experience with her. read more

It had been a year and a half since I'd been in due to the pandemic and Vivian still recognized me when I walked in! They've always done quality work very efficiently and I love that! Glad to be back! read more

They've remolded the shop so it looks a lot nicer than before. However the chairs at the work stations are way too close!! There was barely enough room to walk between them and not without apologizing to the person next to you for invading their personal space just to sit down! The quality of the services seems to have declined. They used to show you a list of services to select from but not this time. They just started swiping lotion on here and there then a guy came to massage my feet and legs, but barely did a rub down on my right and hardly touched my left leg. Then a women comes over to go my nails. The polish was put on well, but overall I'm greatly disappointed. read more

This is a great nail salon. They have plenty of space, it's very clean and the staff is excellent and friendly. They were very thorough and did fantastic work. I'm very pleased. I'll definitely be back! read more

Their prices are ridiculous! $42 for a decent pedicure! My friend and I came to get pedis and they go so fast on the leg message it wasn't even enjoyable! Then my lady kept trying to talk me into getting gel for my French tip and I kept telling her no. Then tried to justify it even though I explained to her why I didn't want it. When you get French tip they don't even do the nice pink base above it! Definitely not enjoyable for paying $60 for a basic pedicure with tip and crappy message and then trying to be talked into spending more money. My friend wanted black French and the lady that did her made her lines super fat and refused to make them skinnier so the lady just painted her whole nail black instead. She then didn't put on her slippers, she handed them to her to put on herself and then needed the polish touched up and the lady rolled her eyes. Like it's not our job to put them on for this exact reason! Don't waste your time coming here. Waste of money! read more

Have had good experiences with pedicures at Paradise, but was assigned a new person and she started hacking away. She cut my nail so short she nicked the toe and it got infected. It's an ugly picture, but taught me to pay more attention when someone is clipping my toe nails. Most of the staff is talented...but not all. The manager didn't seem to care. read more

Not a great experience. Spa was very busy and staff was not kind at all. I simply wanted a manicure and she kept trying to up-sell to gel. She must of asked me 5 different times if I wanted gel. Got very annoying. read more

Me and my four sisters came in for a mani pedi. The spa was very busy but did accommodate all of us! We were all very happy. Even though they were busy, they didn't rush with our services and we all left very happy! read more

I had nice nails but decided to get a gel manicure for an upcoming trip. I've been here a couple of times and it served it's purpose. BUT...the last time was scary. When removing the shellac from the nail it was filed off. I pulled my hand away and the girl laughed and said it tickled. I said no. It hurt!! We proceeded and everything appeared to be fine. When I soaked off the polish at home so I would not have to endure that kind of pain, my nails were destroyed. They had filed so deep into my nail that some of them blead. They are so short and jagged that I cannot even scratch my skin. Once I had hands that I was complimented on but now I hide my hands with embarrassment. It will be a very long time before I can even get my nails but be assured it will not be at this place. read more

I went in for a nice, relaxing pedicure and instead got a shoddy, 30 second massage on each leg and when I complained I was told that I had asked for the $32 pedicure and not the $42 one! So their prices just went up and the service went down! I can paint my own toe nails. The only reason I get a spa pedicure is for the leg massage. They honestly acted like they could care less if I was happy. Really disappointing! read more

Very happy with my walk in mani - much needed during a long stretch of travel and family visits. The salon is well organized and no waiting. I went with a dip manicure and am very happy with the results and price of $30 for my service. I'll definitely return on my next visit to Payson. read more

Anyone who has read my other reviews knows that Ritzy-ness is not a prerequisite to getting stars. This place is a vaguely tatty, bare-bones kind of day spa. You can get your nails done or some waxing. The reason I gave it 3 whole stars is because after calling around to SIX other places, these people responded to my needs. The other places in town couldn't be bothered to be open, or know what their prices were, or the only person in the place qualified to do waxing was on some damn Himalayan sabbatical and wouldn't be back until next year. Half the other places I called even had the audacity to be rude. The room I received my waxing treatment in doubled as a storage room. So I set my stuff down on a tipsy stack of toilet paper, and hopped onto the examination paper-covered treatment chair. The lady performed the service quickly and efficiently and I was on my way without a lot of fuss. The price was right too, I was quite pleased with what she charged me. I value being able to get on with the rest of my day. So despite the owners loud Asian conversation on the phone in front of customers, and the storage room / treatment room... I would come here again. read more

I'm never coming here again. The service was alright and that's why I'm giving it more than one star. But their product is either just really old or all together cheap as dirt. I got acrylic nails done and the nail itself started chipping off in a week along with the nail polish, I've never had this happen before and I am pretty upset that my nails now look like trash and I've only had them a week and a half now. I should've left when he didn't unwrap new equipment and just wiped it off with his hand. read more

Little to no wait for long overdue pedicure. Some other reviews said the place would have overwhelming acrylic smell but I was pleasantly surprised and happy to find none. Only reason I didn't give 5 star was the salt scrub was up/down only (waste of product if not actually getting exfoliated) and then on to lotion massage, which was nice. read more

I just spent 35.00 on a set of gel over lay that is too thick. Not what I wanted. When I explained it was too thick the technician just looked at me and said, "I know." If your looking for a quick manicure that doesn't take very long this might be a place for you. If your looking for pleasant conversation and getting what you want you might want to consider going elsewhere. The technician barely spoke to me during my service and when she did speak it was to her co-worker. read more

I just had the worst gel manicure at this place! Instead of applying the gel carefully it was sloppily done and all over my fingers. To get it off she used a file on my skin or clipped it off with clippers. Then she cut me and tried to hide it! NEVER AGAIN will I go here. read more

I will never go to this place again! The lady giving me pedi was rude, careless, and really hated her job. Asked for the $30.00 service, and my 10 year old daughter gave me a better pedicure on Mother's Day! They act like the don't know what your saying, but they do! We go once a month for pedis. They are very kind & respectful to my 90 year old mother. I also get my nails filled here with a gel finish & get lots of compliments on my nails. My sis even comes up from Phoenix & gets her fills done here now she likes how mine look so much. read more

I wouldn't give this place even one star. terrible. first when I called to make the appointment the lady interupted me and then hung up on me. then when I got there she is so rude she cut my finger it the electric nail file. And on top of that she was careless with the chemicals and got it all over they cut she had caused I was shaking almost in tears because it burned so bad. and she kept slapping my hand when I would pull it out of the light thing you put your hands under to get them to dry. I didn't even tip she was so so terrible and rude. I definitely be going to the salon in the safeway shopping center from now on they are so much nicer and way more friendly. this place is seriously a joke. no clue how they stayed open with how terrible their customer service is. read more
