I just recently found this place and I feel like its a hidden gem. I was skeptical about going there because never even heard of the place. Had every intention of going to VIP nails and was told they couldn't do the design I wanted for my manicure, sent me over to paradise nails. The first set she did on me has to be my absolute favorite set. I recieved so many compliments on my nails. My second set I was just as impressed. I have to say they are definitely my go to. Just wanted to update this review to include a few pictures - these are 4 days after they were done. Terrible. Waited for over two hours on a Wednesday afternoon. 6 people came in, waited a bit and then left. I waited as long as I did because I really needed the mani/pedi for a special occasion. It's really unfortunate that there are not more options in town but..there are not. They rushed through my services. The mani/pedi were nothing special. My toenails look ok but my shellac nails don't look good at all. They look thick and unprofessional, they look like I could have done them myself. I won't be going back there again. read more

My daughter and I went to get pedicures, well she did, all I wanted was a gel color change on my toes. The man that worked on me was very rough. I was trying to make light of the dremel because it was burning hot against my toes. Then he asked if I wanted them trimmed, I said yes. I have never in my life had my toenails cut so short, I finally said, sir you are cutting my nails way too short, you are hurting me. He looked at me like I had 5 heads. So, then he grabbed the nail file and started filing and obviously that was painful considering he had cut my nails so short that he was actually filing my skin, there was no nail to file. He then hurried along to get them painted and got up and walked away. We headed to the front to pay and as we were walking outside I looked down and noticed a couple of my toes were actually bleeding. I will NEVER return... as far as new management goes, they need to re evaluate some of their employees. read more

1 star is to much. I walked into an empty shop, asked if he was open, he looked at his sign and looked at me again.... Yes what you need? I asked if he did SNS- first he said yes, I looked around as it was dark and then he said NO very loudly and rude. I'm from out of town and didn't know the different nail places... The thought of spending a couple hours in a nail salon isn't what mom & I find fun. Going to Paradise Nails seemed the answer. There's never a wait! Boy, were we wrong!! We will gladly wait ANYWHERE else than to go back to this place!! The man in there is ALWAYS rude and has hurt my mom several times. Slaps you on the wrist if your hand isn't in the "proper" position he needs. Talks down to you. Just a real jerk! Now we see why there's never anyone in there. Don't recommend this place at all! I had never been in here before. Heck, I've only had 2 mani/pedis ever. However, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service. It was packed and I waited about 30 minutes because there were only 3 people working (only reason they don't get a 5 star review) but it was worth the wait for a quality and affordable mani/pedi. The woman who was working on me shaped my nails perfectly and the foot massage at the end of the pedi was the best. The polish on my nails and toes is flawless. I'll be back! read more

I have had my gel nails done there several times the younger girl is very sweet the older woman is hateful and Kevin was the rudest I will never go there again he jerked my hands around and I told him the removal of the gel never hurt but he was hurting my hands. The man there is VERY rude. Went there with my mother to get pedicures together and would not allow me to sit with her or even near her. Went back to pick a nail color out and in a way he got mad at me for walking back that direction without permission (though I had no idea I needed permission) told me I must sit up at the front until instructured to go back that I could speak with MY MOTHER when she got up to the front. Very unpleasant, rude experience and was not what I was looking for in a relaxing pedicure. They also showed up 25 minutes late to open. Not worth the time nor the money to sit there and get fussed at someone who your paying to do a service. read more

The lady who did my pedicure took out a Dremal drill to file the top of the nail plate. Illegal in this state. First it's not made for nails plus the bit she used was used on another person. Great way to spread diseases. I asked her to stop and she got very angry. She also did not file down all my toenails. A complete waist of time and money. I'll have to go home, file and re polish my nails. I did not see her license either. read more

It's located in a shopping center so it made it really convenient to stop in for a quick pedicure. It had a very pleasant atmosphere with no overwhelming chemical smell. The salon appeared to be clean-I didn't use the restroom, so I can't comment on the cleanliness of the restroom. I had an overall wonderful experience. read more

Only gave one star because I HAD to!!! What kind of business has 2 customers to come in at the same time both for mani and pedi and one gets EVERYTHING done while the other is waiting and when I say waiting I mean he gets started on her and another customer comes in and he tells her to go have a seat again!! That someone else would get to her so that he could do the lady that JUST walked through the door!! Who does that?! Need not worry Paradise Nails my daughters nor myself will NOT be returning!! I only gave a one star because you can't give it zero. I should have listened to the negative reviews but I was in a hurry to get my nails done. The lady who did my mani pedi was incredibly rude and mumbled to where i couldn't hear her and then would jerk my hands and feet. When she did my nails my cuticle started bleeding profusely and she acted like it was a hassle to stop the bleeding that she had caused by being rough with my hands. Then she only applied one very streaky coat of nail polish. I will never return. read more

I took my mom here on Mother's Day to treat her to a pedicure. We knew it was going to be a long wait considering the holiday and everyone getting their moms pampered; however, they only had 3 people working. They should probably think ahead for days like that and have more techs. That's not even why I'm angry though. This place has the worst customer service I've ever had at any establishment. As I was walking back to pick out nail polish, one of the techs walked by and had I not moved out of the way she would have walked right into me. She never even acknowledged I was there. THEN, my mom went back to pick out some nail polish and, because we had never been there before, she thought the polishes that they actually sell were the ones you could choose from. So as she was standing there looking, never touching any of the polish, the male nail tech (I don't know his name but he wears a gold chain) looked over at her with a raised voice and said, "Excuse me?! What are you doing??" He yelled at her like she was a child. I was the one who had to tell her where the nail polish we could actually use was located. He didn't apologize. So we marked our names off the list and before leaving my mom walked up to him and said, "That was pretty rude how you talked to me. You need to be more respectful to your customers." And all he had to say was, "Ok, thank you ma'am," in the most sarcastic tone. After reading all of the reviews, it's obviously not the first time this man or any of their employees have been rude to customers. read more

Treated me as of I was a Hassel when I asked how long their eyebrow waxing person had been practicing, he acted like he didn't hear me at 1st, then he replied "if u want do it, then do it, if no, then go." Pedicure was actually painful and maybe lasted 15 minutes. My shellac was soaked in acetone for 15 min only for manicurist to use the dremel to grind my nails down thin as paper. She filed my nails square straight across when I asked her to keep them round. She did not even do a half hearted attempt to do a hand massage and didn't even put lotion on my hands. Worst mani-pedi I have ever had. 5 days later my shellac is chipped and the sharp corners of my square nails have all chipped. read more

The worst manicure I have ever received. I was charged for a "gel" nail ($45) but the lady used acrylic powder. She told me she was using a "gel powder" but there is no such thing as a gel powder. It's either gel or acrylic powder. I was asked if the length was okay after she had already started cutting and asked for a rounded tip. My nails were cut so short they didn't even have a free edge off of the end of my finger and she charged me an extra $5 for a white tip when that wasn't even what I wanted in the first place. read more
