This is a walk in nail place for someone who enjoys wasting away your day off of work. You might think you are next but people who come in after you will be taken back right away, there is no need for that sign in sheet and they will tell you that you are next repeatedly. After almost two hours I walked out and went to the salon down the road where I was seen right away. read more

the nails i got were amazing. the only thing that was iffy was the waiting. we were there for 2 hrs but we would've went back quicker if we made an appointment and plus they were short staffed. but the nails turned out amazing. read more

Well 3 hours later I'm home. I will say Andy gave me one of the best pedicures of my life. My nails were a different story. I'm not sure who did them but it was a younger female and for SNA Dip they were the thickest, most uneven, and awful nails I've ever seen. Another female (I believe she was an owner) did come over to "fix" them and I will say it's better but holy crap my fingers hurt! She filed the edges on the nail so much it made my skin raw. The edges look terrible and they're still uneven. I appreciated that she made sure I liked them before I left but I had to lie because I couldn't tolerate the pain and I felt like anything else would've made it even worse. I'm bummed because I'm struggling to find a nail place I like in Owensboro but I'll mark this one off my list! read more

Great place. Been going here for 13 years. Might not be the fanciest place but they do great nails.

The establishment was incredibly rude. I took my 90 year old Mother for a mani pedi and they were not busy, but they did not acknowledge that we were there. There were people, in particular a pimp style man sitting around watching others work. We left after 10 minutes. My Mother uses a walker and it was an effort for us to get her in and settled, but the poor treatment was not worth waiting for. If it was any indication of the quality of their services we would not have been happy anyway. Went down the road to OBKY Nails and they did a beautiful job! read more

Felt very rushed and the nail tech was way too rough.Ruined my nails that have taken me months to grow out and get healthy. Cut me in multiple places and took a chunk out of the tip of my index finger as seen. Very disappointed that this is how i spent $40! Do not recommend. read more

Terrible business. Waiting 20 minutes for someone to get there to do pedicure then lady walks in and they proceed to do her before me because she said she had appointment. There was no appointment scheduled read more

First of all the hours are posted on their fb page and window as opening at 10. We get there at 9:55 to try and be one of the first in and there are already 4 in the pedi chairs and two waiting. We didn't sit in a chair until 11:00. Then they didn't get to us until 11:15. It's a very rushed pedi. A lady we talked to had a 10:00 appt. for a full set and she didn't get in a chair until 10:45 a.m. Nails do look nice, but not worth the wait or the spa pedicure experience. read more

my nails were so bad. my nails were long and ready to be polished with yellow flowers and they started cutting my nails short and then said my nails were to short for the flowers and the yellow was not a pretty color . read more

We walked into this salon and before we could get into the door the guy in the front said "Sorry too busy" and waved us goodbye. There was one person waiting. As we walked out he, and another lady proceeded to laugh at us. That is disrespectful and ridiculous. They deserve no more good service. read more

The lady who took me was very rude and aggressive and she joked around about the way my toes looked, then started speaking in their language laughing about my toes lol. Super rude and impatient. I'll never go there again read more

I called made an appointment earlier in the week for 4:30 on Friday. My grandmother and I arrive for our mani/pedi's at 4:30 and have to wait until 5:10pm when we are seated for our pedicures. We were actually standing up to leave when they called our names. If it werent for the staff being friendly and apologetic from then onward, I would have gone with 1 or 2 stars instead. My nail tech did a good job with my pedicure and had no problem finding a matching dip color for my nails. The salon was busy so I felt my nail tech was a bit rushed but I'm still pleased with the outcome of my nails and toes and so is my grandmother. The tech brought another customer over to take my seat and told me I was done and could go pay at the counter. However, there was the dip powder that had been cured on a uv light and matted around my finger nails that I wanted her to remove before I left so the other customer just had to stand there and watch. A bit awkward but she probably should have checked to see if I was happy with the outcome of the service before she walked another customer over to sit at her station. I'm not totally convinced I'd come back here again but the nail salon options are a bit limited in Owensboro. read more

It was a Saturday morning so I understand being somewhat busy but we weren't even greeted when we walked in the door. You usually get asked what you are there for but nobody bothered to ask us. We waited around for about an hour and 30 minutes without any apologies or telling us how long it would be before we would be waited on. 3 people walked out before we did and no employee even remotely stopped what they were doing to ask or stop the customers from leaving. It was my first time being there and I won't go back. read more
