Personally, because I sit down for work alot I specified that i was looking for neck and back massage as well as calves and feet. I had assumed that they would spend the hour massaging only those spots but she also ended up massaging other areas that I didn't think needed it; every knot was taken care of and when the hour was up both my wife and I were very stressfree.
