This last time I didn't think of Ryan first thing because it was my sacroiliac and I didn't realize he could help with that. I had seen the chiropractor 4 times and the doctor once before I thought of going for a massage. Again, the difference in just one day was incredible. I have had many many massages over the years and Carla was as good as any massage therapist I have ever experienced. I have pinched nerves on either side of my lower spine so I asked Carla to focus on that area. My mother in law also had a classic massage and Carla's touch with her was just right. My wife opted for part deep tissue and part Ashiatsu which allows for an even deeper pressure as Carla uses her bare feet. I will try that next time! I highly recommend Carla. She is a true professional and has a sweet spirit as well.

Katherine is an experienced therapist and the 90 minutes went by magically like a good massage does. Another interesting aspect was the bed has speakers beneath it which resonate the surface, especially the lower frequencies. There is so much knowledge coming out about frequencies used for healing and can come from light, sound, and even smell all having frequency components. All in all looking forward to coming back and exploring more of their services like the float room and sound healing/salt room.
