But charging an extra 2% for credit sales when you already have that built into your price is crazy. Will have to start looking for a less costly place, a shame after 20 years. Imagine singing along in your head with a song and every few seconds it would pause. After the movie I told the manager and he made about 18 excuses. He did offer passes but we will never return to this theater. Also, there were only TWO working toilets for the entire theater. The men's restroom was closed, the women's had one working stall and there was the "family" restroom. 3rd issue.....no video at all before the movie. Someone from the audience had to go notify management when the previews started that there was audio and no video. 4th issue....the color was really faded. My home TV has better color than this screen! This was in theater 4.

I walked all throughout the store calling "hello, anyone here" then waited at the counter for a couple of minutes. No one was in the store, so I left empty handed. As I was getting into my car, the female sitting and smoking next to the door got up and went inside! Hard to believe, but true. I used to be a smoker so I know how important a "smoke break" is, but to ignore a paying customer? Bad news. Stopped in today, 7/9, to see if the store was ready to sell me some wine. I asked the female who had just walked in from her smoke break if she was the same person who was working Wednesday and she wasn't sure. She shrugged and said "maybe". The guy working with her couldn't care less. Not a problem for me, I'll just go to one of the many places who want to sell me some wine - including grocery stores now. I don't know if the owner of the store cares that he lost a long time, cash paying customer, but, oh, well. . . . .

While I sympathize, I don't really think it's entirely appropriate to unload on your customers. Even if it's a liquor store. Kinda felt like a deer in the headlights- didn't know how to respond.
