Didn't offer an apology or anything. And unfortunately this wasn't the first time something like this has happened and they were rude then also. They were supposed to be open until 8 and i called repeatedly to speak to a manager and when you select to speak to a manager the voicemail isn't even set up. Clearly you guys don't really want business. We will never come back. I hope this one closes like the one in Blaine for not paying your employees. Maybe if you didnt go home early you'd get business and be able to pay your employees. Horrible way to do business

There was a $15 up charge for matting to which the groomer Elizabeth would not share where the matting was. He was combed out the night prior, so I do not understand this. His round face was only round on one side and straight up and down on the other side, had to put him back on the grooming table to miss several spots on all four legs and underbelly. The dog was not blown out, and unfortunately, my black work shirt was covered in hair upon leaving the store. Customer beware of up charges as they are not mentioned upfront, poor quality, grooming, practices.

I didn't have to give my cat and calming meds at all and he's so much better. In addition, James was very good about communicating when he would be able to arrive and how he views his job. He's also reasonably priced! In fact, I think James may be a cat whisperer since my cat has been so affectionate and calm since he was groomed! I am very surprised and pleased with how my skittish boy is doing after James' work. He'll be coming back to do my other cat as well!!
