Let me start by saying I cannot comment on Service, or Selection, or Value, as they were not open, contrary to their statements a few months before when I phoned them.
In 2023 when I was in Montana, ALL the floral shops that I knew of at the time were closed over the 4th of July "holiday" which was July 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6... That is quite a "holiday" to my mind.
So in 2026, I did my due diligence prior to my trip and found "Paradise Flowers" online, and so I phoned them from the East Coast a few months prior to my trip scheduled for around the 4th of July to check if they would be open and explained the situation from 2023. It was the owner on the phone and he "assured" me that they would be open so that I could get an arrangement for my parent's gravesite.
On the second of July I located their store and on the door was a sign something to the effect "We're closed for the 4th of July holiday and will return next week." I wish I would have taken a photo of that sign on their door, but I was just too frustrated and disappointed in the blatant lies I was told by the owner of the store.
My feeling is, if a business is willing to lie and deceive you about something as fundamental as their hours and days of operation, then what else are they willing to lie about? Price? Quality? Selection?
