Unfortunately due to family health issues I had to go alone and the staff was so supportive. I found the perfect dress that I hadn't seen anywhere else that was a sample with great pricing. I found a similar dress but with some differences online for $900 more! Not worth the pockets lol I will be having my wedding at their venue as well and Lyndsey has kept me informed and been so patient with my millions of questions. The dress was slightly over budget but the venue was under budget so it all balanced out!

I ordered a MOB dress on Feb. 2.  Measurements were taken and a lengthy contract had to be signed…read more The young lady was friendly and stated it would take about 4-6 weeks to arrive.  The dress arrived 12 weeks later. I went to pick up the dress midweek.  The shop was busy and I was asked to try on the dress in a "pop-up" dressing room (It was just like the shower costume in the Karate Kid movie) on the display floor with people walking by.  The length wasn't even close despite the measurements, and the zipper would not zip.  I was asked to wait until the owner arrived, as only one girl was working. The owner arrived, was unable to get the zipper to work and broke it altogether.   The store agreed to pay for the zipper replacement (which they did), and I had to pay $46 to have the dress hemmed.  I was then told that the shop does not send items out for alterations. You have to take it yourself. They have 2 seamstresses: one in Holly Hill and one in New Smyrna Beach.  I was then asked to sign another document stating that I picked up the dress and agreed to pay for any alterations.   The nearest seamstress was 1 1/2 hours from my home.  She did a great job and I finally have a dress.  In hindsight, I would have gone to J.C. Penney or Dillard's, bought a dress, gotten alterations locally, and been done with it.  That would have likely cost less than the $350 paid in the end, and definitely involved a lot less headache.

You were calm and professional the whole night you took time to personally meet, greet and shake hands with the key members of both families. Your pre-dinner Cocktail Hour was spectacular and well served... Perfectly tailored to an American-Spanish union. Everyone was saying how over the top it was. Then, the dinner buffet setup was "to die for". The variety and quality were "5 Star" all the way, well presented and well received. You and your staff came early and stayed late and over delivered. I am in my Sixty's now and have been to many weddings and many catered events but this one was the one to judge all others by. The best part of the whole experience was the price. My heart was warmed when my son told me how you worked with him on the price after he told you about the limited budget and said that they want wanted keep shopping around. I was helping the bride and groom try to fix everything that Eva dropped the ball on including finding a backup plan for the ceremony. My wife called Eva the day before the wedding to make sure everything was still going as planned and was told that she didn't know and wouldn't know till she was done hanging out on the beach. Eva called the groom at 7:00 am the day of the wedding to tell him that he needed to find a new location for the wedding. After the ceremony, she rushed everyone out so the wedding party could take pictures but never told the guests where to go, so they all scattered to different bars in the hotel waiting for someone to tell them where to go. What a waste of money.
