They offer Montreal-based high-end designers in a one-stop shop, and I fell in love with some of their items. The Sunja Link linen wear were all absolutely gorgeous - I had to get my hands on their adorable casual overalls! The eco-friendly, vegetable-tanned leather goods from Matu were also something I had to have, especially their cute little 'lunch sack' bags! Staff were super friendly and offered any assistance that you could possibly ever need. The new space is a bit bigger and clean and bright and full of fairly-priced super-solid winter boots. The service I had today was perfect, no pressure at all, totally friendly, perfectly bilingual, gave me all the info with no up-sell tactics or false friendliness. I tried on a couple things, found exactly what I was hoping to find, got great advice on getting my old boots resoled after an unfortunate campfire incident, and left perfectly pleased and with warm dry feet. Some of the styles here for women's boots and hats are, in my opinion, way cheesy. They have nice quality goods but I would buy more here if the look was a little less nineties and a little more high quality Canadian and US made workwear-inspired wools and leathers. But hey, that's just me. Great experience, highly recommend.

However I was so impressed with the online experience I had to write a review anyways. So first I was very excited that the dress I was interested in was available in plus sizes - i used the sizing chart and because I was inbetween I sized up deciding if I needed to I would get it altered. if I didn't like it I could send it back because they have a solid return policy. I ordered the dress on a Thursday morning, paid for standard shipping and assumed it would arrive sometime next week since I live in Alberta. Imagine my shock when it arrived the NEXT DAY. Opened it up and everything was beautifully wrapped in ribbon with a beautiful note to boot. The dress is gorgeous - it will definitely need some hemming but I could not be more thrilled. I 100% will be buying from here again.

I asked if I could get a new one as she rolled her eyes and walked away to get a brand new one. again the prices are good, just don't have high expectation for customer service.
