I only had 1 maintenance request ever and it was handled within 24 hours, called after work one day and they were at my door first thing the next day to repair and solve the issue. Grounds are always upkept and nice and they stay on top of things when there is snow on the ground not just clearing it when it falls but cleaning up more during the day when there is less cars in the lot. Everyone I've meet here is very friendly and nice. I couldn't ask for better neighbors or a place to call home. I couldnt rent for 12 months or it would be more money so now I have to rent for 15 months 3. someone broke into my place and took a shower, ate my food and left my place a mess 4. The gym is so small you cant swing a cat in the room. 5. The pool is smaller than what is one the website also one of the tenant every weekend uses the pool area with their friends, boom box, bbq and no one else can use the pool when they are there 6. There is no parking for guests, people race their cars up and down the street 7. My AC broke a week after I moved in and the maintenance guys could fix it for 4 days and gave me a portable AC in my place but it didnt work 8. My toilet would not stop flushing and it took the maintenance guys a week to come and fix it These things may seem like nothing or easy fix but these guys here dont compare to the work you and your team does at Woodbridge Hill. When I went to maintenance or management here they dont care about anything but rent here. I cant wait for my lease to be up so I can move. After doing some…read moreresearch, I was really impressed by how the Crossings looked - the apartments appeared to be slick and revamped, and everyone was really helpful and nice over the phone. We decided to sign a one year lease, and I'm super glad we did! Our experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend the Crossings to anyone else looking to grab an apartment in the area. First, our apartment was just as nice as expected - no bait and switch here. The kitchen had a significant amount of counter space for a 1 bedroom apartment, all of the appliances were brand new (we were overjoyed to have a working dishwasher after our previous apartment failed in that regard), and everything was clean. The location is awesome as well! You have access to trails right outside of your apartment so you can go for a walk or run and enjoy some nature immediately. In general, everything is very well maintained - I always enjoyed the view of the trees across the horizon when first entering the apartment complex. Plainsboro is not a super exciting place to live, but at least the Crossings is very close to the town center, so you can walk and grab some frozen yogurt or something if you want. Maintenance, in general, was responsive and did a good job. Although we never really used it, there's a pool which is quite nice. The exercise room is pretty small and doesn't have a lot of equipment, but at least it was usually pretty empty (at least when I looked). Downsides? I kind of hate large speed bumps, and the ones in the Crossings are pretty gnarly. It makes sense, though, because there are a ton of families that live there, so you have lots of kids running and biking around. They're trying to crack down on kids playing in the parking lots, but I can't imagine they'll have a huge amount of success on that :) Overall, I would highly recommend the Crossings to anyone looking to rent an apartment in Plainsboro!

Ying Gautreau is the worst real estate agent to buy or sell a home. We recently purchased and…read moreclosed. She was the buy and listing agent, so she profited nicely on 700K sale. Large sectional sofa and large wooden work bench were left in the basement, plus kitchen countertop slab left in the garage from previous homeowner (seller). She made it very difficult and took no responsibility to ensure the seller removed these large items before the closing. And even more so difficult to have them removed after closing. She tried to convince us to keep the sofa and put these items in the contract after saying no we don't need them. And then complained after closing, saying you are now the homeowner so you call the municipality to have bulk items removed. This was such an inconvenience. This was the sellers responsibility to remove all items before close. What was suppose to be a joyful experience of purchasing a home quickly became the WORST realtor experience ever!! BEWARE !! Do not use Ying Gautreau as your real estate agent.
