The pictures online are of a beautiful family home with gray walls and white trim. It had a huge kitchen and beautiful patio. When we got there, the inside of the home was being used as a place to make pornographic movies. The walls were deep purple, which would take at least four coats of paint to cover. There were decals on all the walls of monograms and naked women. The bathroom was neon pink - not anything like what was in the photos. Beside the mailbox was a huge pineapple with lights on it and the house had pineapples all over the place. I thought the pineapples were for hospitality but after looking it up on the internet, I learned it's a secret symbol for swingers. The listing agent, Miriam Kaplan, claimed she knew nothing about the interior of the home. Therefore, she posted photos of the house BEFORE the house was sexed-up. These are deceptive business practices and that agent should lose her license. There is NO WAY an agent is going to list a house sight unseen! The agent is claiming ignorance and that she knew nothing about the interior. She also thought it was funny that people were not making offers because of the interior. My sister and I were only in the house a few minutes and got out of there. I would not buy anything from someone who lies and is deceptive. Why should she get a fat commission after lying to everyone? Stay away from this realtor!

We came in a little less because of an as-is in-ground pool. He mocked our offer and asked, is that your highest offer? My realtor said yes. Days went by and our realtor had to reach back out to him--with his response being, we received a much higher offer with a much higher down payment. Even so, Mr. Natale.. common courtesy and professionalism calls for you to let the people who took the time to sign a contract of offer to purchase your listing, the decency to let them know that their offer wasn't accepted or give them the option to counter.
