The apartment had everything we needed (they even accommodated us with a more privately situated unit as our dog has never been in an apartment complex) but more importantly the staff here honestly cares about their community! I lived in many an apartment complex in my 20s and has never encountered one got fosters such a sense of community and honestly cares about their residents... even their temporary ones! Any need I had (dishwasher repair, package acceptance at the office, etc.) was handled immediately and followed up with me after completion to ensure I had no further needs. As my husband is immunocompromised, we were unable to participate in any of the monthly events that they offer however, they beyond events that they put on to bring the community together (yoga every week, bouquet making for Valentine's Day, trivia night with snacks, potting & painting, decorating a flower pot and planting a plant into it etc!) I've never experienced another apartment complex that even has these types of events much less puts so much thought into them! The dog park on property was clutch as our dog is not used to having to be on a leash all the time ... so having an area where she can romp around and play was amazing! They also have plenty of grassy areas to walk within the property and dog waste bag dispensers all over the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and And cannot say enough about the staff , their communication, friendliness, and caring! 100% would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Almost everyone I worked with was helpful. I would like to say though if you would like to move in here please reach out to Licy specifically because she has the quickest response time, she really takes the time to help people and is the most helpful out of everyone I have met thus far. She even made sure to bring me to multiple listings when I was worried that I couldn't remember the floor plan I had chosen. I couldn't recommend her more. She DESERVES A RAISE!

That's been much better recently - no crazy turnover like in years past. Elevators need to be replaced - one has been out for weeks now and their mechanism has set off the building fire alarms on more than one occasion. Laundry facilities were always disgusting and about a third of the machines broken at all times. Recently the lobbies were renovated and the place repainted thanks no doubt to the 20% recent rent increase. Also new washers and dryers were put in, BUT we haven't been able to use them for three weeks. All we get is emails about how it's this part or that part that's on order or this inspection that needs to be done. I am infuriated with the excuses and delays. At no point have we been offered any financial compensation for the huge inconvenience of not being able to wash our clothes. We pay an annual fee of $100 for amenities - laundry facilities included - and are entitled to them. I called the corporate office twice about this but I don't expect them to respond. If you are reading this, corporate (and you should be), shame on you. I will repost this review everywhere possible so others know exactly what's going on here. Indoor parking is $100 which is insane. There's a free lot also but it's across the street and dangerous to drive out of or walk to and from at night. Laundry is $2.50 a machine. Rent was reasonable until it went up by $300 a month recently. There are fees for having a pet as well. There's a new building across the street called Citizen - rent there instead. Adding to my review a recent text from a series of texts from management about the laundry room nightmare. Nothing but lies and empty promises. It is now Wednesday, March 29 and you guessed it - laundry room is still not open. At this point I don't believe anything they say about it anyway. Somebody is royally screwing up and needs to answer for this. Update: It has now been a month without laundry facilities. Whoever they hired took a week to determine the controls needed to be replaced. Mismanagement and incompetence. I have called the corporate office 7 times so far and left a voicemail each time. They are blatantly ignoring my phone calls.

The leasing office here has a clear discrimination against certain tenants- they seem to favor the Hispanic ones. My boyfriend has lived here for just over a year, he's THE quietest and most respectful tenant but gets horrible harassing letters from the office about smoking and about parking. ( He doesn't smoke) His car had been in repair and he's been in a loaner for a few months and has gotten towed twice - costing him upwards of $900. He's adviced the office of his situation, pays rent on time every month and for some reason is given a hard time about a temporary parking pass. He's gotten threatening texts about being charged for not returning the pass even though he's a resident there and should be allowed to park ANY vehicle he drives. He was also told he was not allowed to have any guest park there unless they are put on his lease. so if you plan on having family over or friends visit from far away, they will be towed. Paying over $1700 in rent for a dated/moldy and ugly apartment and not being able to have piece of mind after working all day is absolutely ridiculous. This place is ran like a halfway house, not like a neighborhood that you PAY to reside in. And Yulissa at the leasing office is an absolute disgrace the way she treats only certain tenants. My boyfriend has had to miss work multiple days because she ignored his emails and messages and forces him to come during her operating hours. Again- if you value your piece of mind ,there are way better places you can live for what this place charges.
