This company is a nightmare to deal with. I've lived on Bergen Ridge Road for over 25 years (since…read moreJuly 2000) and have watched it fall into extreme disrepair because Reliance Property Management Group refuses to do basic tree maintenance. If it were just that the trees were wildly overgrown, that would be bad enough, but my car has been destroyed by tree sap. I've had to get the headlights replaced, and the body of the car looks like it's been riddled with bullets. I have been calling them for over two months now to take action, and they refuse. I've sent them pictures of the overgrown trees and car damage, and STILL they will do nothing. I've been speaking to a lawyer about taking legal action because this level of property neglect has turned this once-beautiful community into an absolute mess.

When I contacted him by email in this regard, asking when is the "AGM", he says "I'm not sure what AGM stands for. Please advise". That kind of outward swarminess should have cost him his job. Plus hundreds of other problems.... PS: Don't try reaching out to Mr Polos, the owner - he is too highly politically connected to bother resolving issues in his company for us mere mortals. You are powerless to do anything to make them do anything! Also, MPM has recently deferred to at least 2 online platforms (consecutively) that 'message' and keep us owners up to date - the first I refused to sign up to because I had to agree to their 'terms and conditions' - which egregiously authorize these *THIRD PARTY* companies to help themselves to condo-owners *CREDIT REPORTS*!!!!! I could not believe my eyes when I read that! Mr Polos thinks this is OK? What right do third party 'service platforms' have to view that? So I'm in the dark regarding what happens with the AGM etc. which is why I needed to ask the oh-so-helpful Mr Scott Fuschetti! Oh glee!! :-( This first app, which thankfully they have changed makes it difficult to pay my monthly dues, which can only be done online via these 3rd party apps, and only using one electronic payment method to by MPM. Really? I can't transfer via my account monthly, or use Zelle, or send a cheque without a coupon (I asked Kathy for this - nothing), because the bank MPM uses won't give you the account number to do a transfer. Through their app, or nothing. Send a check with no coupon. Such great convenience and care from MPM. Too big to care!
