When we had a problem with the unit several months later (a manufacturing issue, not an installation problem), Mark immediately ordered the replacement part and let us know it would be several weeks before it would arrive. Like everything else these days, backorder is common. He was extremely apologetic even though it wasn't his fault. The part ended up arriving at about two weeks and Mark let us know right away. He was able to squeeze us in to fix the AC (thankfully!) and is handling the warranty issue with the manufacturer. Another HVAC company quoted them an exorbitant price for a new boiler and wouldn't even consider the boiler they had. I called K & K and they came out the next day, inspected the existing piping and evaluated the setup.
