I went in for 2 sparkling waters and did the self checkout...I gave the girl ( salesperson # 510194) a $50 bill and she gave me $ 12.25 and no receipt. I walked away and looked at my change and process that she just shorted me $30! I went back in and made her aware of the discrepancy. She didn't apologize or acknowledge me or her mistake and made me wait through 3 customers before even looking at me. I told her I wanted a receipt and she fished through the garbage of receipts and finally produced the receipt and gave me the remaining $30 owed. No apology, No sorry for my mistake? Really? I wonder how many times this salesperson does this to her customers who may be elderly or mentally challenged and not recognize that she's a con artist ripping off unsuspecting customers. Pathetic! Paradies shops should read this and review this salesperson. It's not right. read more

The only operating convenience shops past security. The one before the security has a better selection - but you can't get the drinks through security...~! Bare minimum supplies here, and not much else. Even for an airport store, this is not a full selection. read more

I'm writing this just to document someone had the bright idea to put toy dogs, that roll around laughing, on the floor. Not just on the floor but on the floor in front of the cash register. This airport (this state) is full of elderly people and here they are tripping over some battery operated dog laughing at them. It's an airport store... buy a magazine and get out. I went in to buy a water. There was no greeting from the older clerk and apparently she never looked at me until I was using Apple Pay and lowered my mask for facial recognition. She then started repeating over and over to put my mask on. I tried explaining this to her and it didn't look like she even understood what I was talking about. First of all, we are over a year in to the Covid pandemic and most of us are vaccinated. Secondly, almost no where else in Florida requires a mask at this point. Maybe it's time to educate your employees on payment methods and Covid current policies. read more

Only place in Terminal B of Ft. Myers International Airport besides NBC at the end of the terminal where you can purchase magazines, books, snacks, etc. Smaller selection of magazines and books. The shop outside of Security has a much better selection. Being a Paradies Shop, there is currently a promotion going on that if you purchase a book you can return it to any Paradies airport shop within 6 months and get half of the cost back in cash. read more

The people operating the Dunkin Donuts, which is run by the Paradies Shops, are a bunch of morons!! They consistently get orders wrong and when you correct them, they get an attitude...especially, the woman, Lewrena!!! I work at the airport and patronize your Dunkin Donuts regularly...however, I am getting very frustrated with the service...and, I'm NOT the only one!! Get some decent employees...there are plenty of people looking for work. read more

The shop and souvenirs they sell are good, prices OK, but the day I was there the sales person Melissa was far from impressive. Other shops sales persons greeted you when you entered and asked if you needed help. Melissa just looked out in a daze. I found several small delicate ornaments, shells and glass souvenirs. I placed them on the back counter as continued to shop, next to a wrapping station. When I was ready I told her I think I'm set and ready to check out. Mind you there is no other customers in the shop. She said where's your items ... why are they there?! I was rather stunned and asked her if she wanted to make the sale or should I just leave. I told her she needed to improve her customer service skills. We did not speak anymore as she checked me out and wrapped my items. I'm felt compelled to write this review because I spent over $100 there and did not appreciate her poor attitude. If she does not like working with the public she should find a job elsewhere. PS just a few shops up we had a wonderful breakfast with the most friendly waitstaff. I'll give them an outstanding review. read more
