I asked them when the expected completion time for my order was and they couldn't find it. I was told it would be ready first thing the next morning. I called at noon to confirm the order was complete and it still was not completed. When I went over to pick up the order, I inquired about another printing service, address labels, and was told it would take 2 days to complete. Absolutely ridiculous experience.
