I have yet to get my adhd testing results and it's been 12 weeks. They told me 6-8 weeks initially and said they were very busy with one psychiatrist doing the assessment reports. They are hard to get a hold of at the office, you have to leave a voicemail each time and maybe get a call back later. They don't respond on the portal either. In the meantime, I'm making payments for the "services" they provided which weren't covered by insurance with nothing to show for it. They send emails saying if you are late with payment they will send to collections immediately. The initial assessment was scheduled pretty promptly and went okay, the 4 hour test was pretty tedious but I was told that was to be expected. Overall, wish I had never used them, I'm sure any other place would have had my results by now. I can understand healthcare being backed up these days as I work in healthcare myself, but if they are this behind they shouldn't accept any patients. read more

The lady that performed my testing was very patient with me, we even shared a few giggles because some of those tests, I literally had to laugh at myself because they made no sense to me! Anywho, the doctor was very informative also. He answered all questions that I had, we went over all of my concerns as well and to top it off, the timing on which they're reaching back out to me isn't as long as I thought it'd be. The secretary was the most disrespectful person I've spoken to. I only called to request my DSM/ICD diagnostic codes so that I could share them with my school for student accommodations. The secretary on the phone said, "I'm sorry what. No, I'm done" and hung up on me. I've never had any medical office be so unprofessional and rude. The person sounded young and sassy. DONT come to this office I'm sure there are better ones to go to. At least ones that have common decency and respect for patients. read more

We sent our daughter for an urgent evaluation. She reported she was treated respectfully with the promise of assistance with further MH referrals out-of-state. Mental health issues are a minefield. Exemplifies the reasons people do not trust psychologists or the field of psychology. In my particular case, the doctor agreed to see me without actually knowing much about the disorder for which he agreed to see me. They also billed me for higher than they initially told me they would. In my opinion, the whole experience was very dishonest and attempting to get any answers out of the doctor felt like I was walking on a mine field. The only answer he would give essentially was that I should just trust him, because he's a doctor and he knows what he's doing. When you are unwilling to answer questions, I have no trust for you, and it seems like you in fact don't know what you're doing. read more

Terrible...just terrible Took long to get an appointment and can never call them. A 22 yr old gave my son a four hour test on a computer for ADD. Then was finally able to schedule a follow up with a phycologist and he didn't even want to see my son. Total waste of $650, which they originally said would cost $300. Personally and professionally I have been very disappointed with PAR. After several attempts to complete multiple referrals, myself and the parents were never called back. Personally, I attempted to get an assessment for my twins. Again, I had no answer or response even after their primary care physician completed a referral. I find this agency to be unreliable in an area of high need for children. read more

I liked my appointment for my testing and my consultation with the doctor that reviewed my results. I was excited to finally get going in a direction with a mental health diagnosis. However, it took going through hell to get my results so I could give them to my primary care provider to get things started. I contribute this to lazy staff. They never emailed me my consult summary results like they said they were going to. I called the office twice and they never called me back. My primary care provider office called them too and they still never got in touch. I finally had to go into the office unannounced, amidst this pandemic when in person office hours are by appointment only, and ask for my results. read more

Do not go here. Just drive up to Ann Arbor and go somewhere better. They don't answer the phone and send you straight to voicemail. They don't follow up after slapping a diagnosis on you. I didn't really like the cAre Dr. Fabiano provided. Every time I asked a question about my neuropsych testing I felt like I was walking on eggshells because his ego would be hurt. It felt like he was constantly being insulted by my questions trying to understand my new diagnosis of ADHD as an adult. When in reality, it's not about him, it's about me trying to understand. He couldn't back up his claims and just kept saying I'm an expert and I've done this many times before. Yes, I understand, but as a patient, if I don't understand why you're slapping on a new diagnosis on to me, I won't really follow your recommendations. He works at PAR rehab which is the sketchiest place in the world. They refuse to give you your testing results and only give you a report which they make up. Horrible patient care, he just kept saying I want you to start medications. Literally the worst type of care--not being transparent and only giving you one option for treatment. read more

I haven't even been there yet and I'm already unhappy. They canceled my daughters appointment with less then 24hrs notice. Yet if I would of canceled that late (they want 48+hrs) I would of had to pay $150. Are they going to pay me for canceling late? ya right. But that's not my only complaint, they also rescheduled me for over two months from my original appointment date. read more

HORRIBLE! My son is on the verge of getting suspended from school this year I told his dr. About it he asked if he was ever seen here mind you I signed a release of information for him at this facility he has never received the papers from par at all when I went up to them myself to get the records the lady at the front desk told me they don't even have access to those records I went to the facility over a week ago and called in to get the records from this place over a week ago. Even the school has filed a release with the facility and still have yet to receive any information they told us to find a behavioral therapist for my son didn't help us find someone who would take our insurance..... if you want them to give you a run a round go with this clinic if you want someone to be on top of your child's mental health needs run away and find another facility cause this one is not a good one I wouldn't even recommend it to ANYONE..... even someone I don't like..... this is by far the WORST experience I've had!!!!! read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They're terrible. Our pediatrician referred us to them in November for ASD testing for our son. They never called us, and if we ever actually managed to reach someone by phone, we were told they were waiting for a referral. Finally, in April, I came to the office and demanded either an appointment or a letter to my insurance company stating they can't provide services. We got an appointment for the following week. After almost 4 hours of testing, they talk to me about ADHD. They tested my son for the wrong thing! Now they're saying we need to wait until October to be "re-tested" but they're billing us anyway. I've been told there is a more definitive test for ASD, which is why they didn't diagnos him. When I explained to the doctor how terrible thus while process has been, and how because their office screwed up, that my son hasn't gotten support at school this year. He told me that since I was shouting (I had raised my voice, but I wasn't shouting) that I needed to leave, and he wasn't talking to me anymore. read more
