First, the staff is pleasant. They greet you when you walk in and the place looks like home rather than a cold sterile Doctors Office. I was greeted twice and taken into a room right on time. I think they are careful not to overscheduled people which I really appreciate. The MA was kind and cheerful and very personable. She took my vitals and did the preliminary questions. Next came the PA, who sat and listened to my story, asked questions and took her time. That was extraordinary. She was thorough and easy to talk to. I've been back several times and each has been a great experience. Staff always is at the ready and completely professional to deal with. In a world where everything's become do it yourself, hands off and very sterile, have a new health is a breath of fresh air. Outstanding.

What bothered me was the short appointment times they offer patients. All appointments are only 1/2 hour. In Michigan winters with such bitter cold days, it seemed hardly worth the trip. I will definitely include questions about length of appointment time when interviewing centers for future potential services I choose.
